I Have enjoyed renting through Austin landmark properties, The place I rented is in need of kitchen upgrades and a bathroom remodel, which i was aware of when i rented, so not a problem, however I was disappointed when they rasied my rent after the first year, because i thought it was already a bit high. When they raised it again, 175 bucks I felt gouged and am disappointed, never an upgrade just a price increase.

Worst renting experience ever. Too many issues. They just want the money. Charge ridiculous security deposit then try to give none of it back. Sickening experience.

I've been with ALPS for 5 years now. Always had a quick response and turnaround with any maintenance issues. I can't think of one complaint.

They were very helpful from start to end. With me coming from another ciity 1hr away and trying to pack and work, they were exactly what we needed. Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Landmark properties is the absolute worst management company I have ever had to deal with. As a renter in the building, They do not care about your needs whatsoever. Last year i lived in an apartment run by them and the management was terrible, they never fixed any issues. Since the beginning of my living in my new apartment building owned by them, they have proved to be even worse than the year before, failing to deal with the plethora of issues in peoples apartments from mold poisoning to utilities not working, and even many of the promised amenities not working.

They fail to address these concerns yet spend money on other things like replacing brand new gym equipment that had been used for 1 month with more brand new equipment. Terrible management and customer service, they legitimately should never have the funding to build another building again, as it's clear they can not manage it.

I have been renting since last may. I have nothing to complain about. I had one issue a couple of months ago. Was taken care of quickly. I just really hope my rent doesn't go up at the end of my lease.

Austin landmark property was able to adjust during the beginning of covid to help get me into a rental house. Not only has the rent been affordable, but they made great accommodations to please my needs. Anytime there's an issue where something needs to be replaced or repaired, they make sure to do it in a Timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Austin Landmark Property Services has been exceptional! This company has been very responsive to the few situations that has came up and left no room for anything to turning into a problem. The vendors they have contracted with has provided professional quality work and in a a timely manner. It is my thought one will not be disappointed if you opt to choose this company.

In preparation for closing on my first Central TX investment property, I evaluated several NARPM-certified property management firms. There are many. ALPS, though, has the highest designation available from NARPM (CRMC), and the principal at the firm, Mike E., struck me as both very professional and down-to-earth. He said that if I selected ALPS, I would not be disappointed.

He was right. I closed on the home right before Thanksgiving, and he and his team had the property rented in less than 3 weeks (i.e. before Christmas)! Not easy to do in the off season. So far, everything is going smoothly with the new tenants. Fellow owners, i recommend you give ALPS a try, especially if you don't know where to turn or have had enough of poor management experiences elsewhere. Thank you, ALPS, for all you have done thus far, and I look forward to furthering the relationship with another investment property, the Lord willing, in the future!

When we saw this house we knew we had to rent it! We were in a situation that required us to move quickly. ALP understood and jumped in to help get the paperwork initiated and all the house details taken care of. Even when we discovered that the City had disconnected the gas meter and ALP had to go through the process of getting a new permit, we were still able to move in on time. Marc was very professional and he responded to my calls and texts almost instantly. I would recommend them as property managers for busy people.

We have recently started renting a property managed by ALPS, and they have more than exceeded our expectations making our move in and utilities set up seamless. They have been accommodating, available, polite and professional in every interaction. Reading property management reviews in general, you are always hesitant when moving, and the last thing you want to feel is less than important, but with ALPS we feel they are there to truly support us. We would definitely recommend ALPS.
