I had an excellent renting experience with Brittany Grant at KVA over the last two years. I never thought I would say that about a property management company. Any issues that we had were dealt with very quickly, usually within 24 hours by a very friendly and professional maintenance guy. We even got ahold of Brittany on a Sunday morning when we had some plumbing issues. I completely recommend going with Brittany Grant and KVA.

THE WORST. THEEE WORST! I have to agree with Allison F., I really thought I had bad experiences with management before. but KVA managed to top all of the bad experiences and come out as the worst I have ever had to work with. Poor communication, condescending emails/responses and negligence is what you will get from Brittany Grant. It wasn't until the threat to bring in legal intervention was brought to her attention that she was able to help us with some of the problems we had been dealing with for months ("I was busy").
The properties are also poorly managed. If I was the owner I would be sorely displeased that none of the ongoing issues were being brought to my attention and tenants were left to live in a sub-par living environment. Foundation shifts, rats, roaches, electrical issues, and general maintenance issues are all things that take time to develop and if properly planned for, can be avoided or remedied.
We reported all of the above and more and KVA acted as though they had nooooo idea. They didn't bother to inspect the house or clean the house between tenants either. When we finally did get some of our maintenance requests fulfilled, the maintenance guy was really nice and managed to help us out which was nice. But thank goodness I never have to work with KVA again.

I was really happy with KVA, Inc. I would definitely recommend this leasing agency to other renters. We worked with Brittany Grant as well, and she was fantastic. She always responded promptly to my emails, and we never had to wait for anything to be fixed, she always sent the maintenance guy (Craig) over right away. I felt like I never had to worry when renting with KVA.
I never worried about things like payments, maintenance, move-out, etc. Any time there was an issue, Brittany dealt with it very promptly and professionally. I was really very happy with our time renting from KVA.

We rented a home through the team at KVA, Inc. Brittany Grant and her team were always great to work with! When ever we had a problem or a question Brittany was there to assist and find the answer. She is easily accessable by phone or e-mail and the question or issue was addressed quickly! We would gladly recommend KVA and Brittany's team ----

I rented a house through this property management company and it was a horrible experience. If you rent from this company you are responsible for all yard maintenance which isn't a big deal I guess, since I enjoy yard work. But what is crazy is you are responsible for pest control as well. Roaches in your bedroom? Not their problem. You have to take care of it yourself.
The rent was reasonable, but the major complaint I have is that these people were a huge pain in the ass to talk to on the phone when you did need something done. They are incredibly condescending and intentionally rude so that you will never want to call them when something goes wrong. And after you do get them on the phone they will just contact an independent contractor who will in turn contact you to make arrangements for him to meet you to fix your broken toilet or a/c.
After the hailstorm several months ago there was a window smashed and they didn't have it replaced for over a month. During this time there was just a big piece of plywood on the outside of the house over the broken window. The skylight located directly above the shower was broken for the same amount of time rendering that shower unusable for fear that broken glass might fall on you while taking a shower. I would not recommend this leasing/property management company to anyone.
