I have had a very poor experience with the managing staff at this location. The mailboxes have been stolen/damaged from the property so I reached out for assistance. The management staff replies to my email stating that this is not their issue to fix and that I can call the Post Office to get a new mailbox put in if I want to receive mail. I have done all I can on my end with the Post Office and still Layne Company refuses to assist.
At this point not only has my time been waisted, but I have also been doing work for a company who should be doing the work themselves. Managing members are not friendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I truly hope someone reads this review and takes this as learning opportunity. Your clients should not have to carry the stress of your locations shortcomings and lack of customer service support.
