I recently rented from J&J Property Management for a little over 3 years and couldn't ask for a better rental/property management experience. Before renting from J&J I rented from a big corporation apartment complex and it was a constant fight when anything broke, or getting even something as simple as a porch light replaced. Being a single woman living alone it's the small things being acknowledged and taken care of that matter, and the comfort and reliability they provided to me was incredible. Anytime I ran into any issues, even something as small as a light bulb going out that I physically could not reach to replace, J&J was there within 24hrs.

Maintenance was spot on with all of my needs and didn't feel like a burden calling in my Maintenance repairs. Not only was it a pleasure working with the maintenance side of things, the office was also so helpful and warm with any issues or billing questions I had. All around amazing experience with J&J Property Management and not only would I use them again, they are my first referral for anyone looking!

J & J rental management is amazing! As an 8 year renter, I can confidently say they make you feel welcome and at home right from the beginning. I have had J & J Property Management Company manage my rentals for several years. They take care of all the headaches that can happen when you try to manage your investment properties yourself. They are very responsive to questions or concerns that you, or your tenants, might have. You won't go wrong hiring J & J Property Management manage your investment properties.

I have had J&J Property Management manage half a dozen residential rental properties for me before and since they started their business. They handle all emergency calls and deal with those weekend emergencies that seem to always occur. My properties are inspected in detail each year and they help me to keep my properties in tip top shape. When a tenant's home needs a repair, I am emailed with a description of the issue and asked for an authorization before work begins.

They use first-class, fairly-priced contractors and any repair work is always inspected upon completion. Several months before a lease is set to renew, I am notified and given what rental rates are currently looking like in the area and what price range is being charged for similar properties. This gives me a basis in which to determine what the rental rate will be.

With all of the tools, help, expertise and professionalism that J&J provides, my investments in rental properties are easy and profitable. I absolutely recommend J&J Property Property Management if you want real rental management.
