Call
Colorado Property Management These 3 words greet homeowners entering the Colorado Property Management Group (CPMG) office and, now, to our web site. Each CPMG team member is entrusted to carry out our responsibilities to CPMG-managed community associations which range from 6 to 700 homes, in single family to condominiums to town homes to patio homes to lofts.
CPMG's word-of-mouth reputation is built on the promise that each and every non-emergency telephone call coming into each and every team member will be returned the same or next business day.

LYNDA REIFMAN, CMCA, President and Association Manager, graduated college with degrees in journalism and psychology. Prior to joining CPMG in 1993, she was a working journalist with daily and weekly newspapers in the Denver metro area and northern California. In addition to managing her own community association portfolio, Lynda leads CPMG in marketing to new associations. She tasks herself with attending as many annual meetings as her schedule allows in order to connect with Boards of Directors and homeowners.
Aurora Property Management was founded in 1983 as a business specializing in the management of single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and apartment buildings. The firm branched out and established an independent division to address the property management needs of community associations. Dedication.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with information on the services and resources which The Colorado Property Management Group, Inc. (CPMG) will bring to your community association. Our team approach minimizes the pressures that are often linked to serving as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors.
Please leave your name, homeowner association name, address within the association, day & evening phone numbers and a detailed message. An emergency is defined as a situation endangering life and property. The most common emergencies are water leaks, no hot water, sewer line backups, inoperative elevators and inoperative garage doors.

I have served on the board of an association managed by CPMG for several years. Throughout our tenure, we consistently found the pricing and service provided by this company to be fair and highly competitive. Despite a few changes in management, both the managers and assistant managers were consistently professional and supportive. For any association or board seeking reliable and competent property management for their HOA, I wholeheartedly recommend considering the services of Colorado Property Management Group.

My name is Tony Reed and I would like to share an interaction I had with Korey Bueng, Association Manager. I had a dispute with Colorado Property Management Group concerning something in the parking lot. I traveled to the main office on Parker Road. I ask to speak to Mr. Bueng and I admit I was upset. I explained to Mr. Bueng my side of the situation and he listened and explained a couple of things to me, and Mr. Bueng was able to rectify the situation in less than 24 hours. Mr. Bueng was professional, kind, and caring. I know HOA Managers deal with a lot of upset people like myself, but we have a great manager at CPMG. shout out to Pam for her kindness' as well. Thank you Korey Bueng!!!

This has got to be the worst HOA there is in Denver. Contact me for more info! I believe they are incredibly negligent - they ignored my messages about a leaking roof from March 7th until sometime in MAY! Lol then they finally got a tarp put up, and lied to the owner - saying mold remediation had been done. no it hadn't. Lol. Please contact me for info! Don't hire these guys

Horrible customer service, never answers the phone when you call - they say there open from 9am-6pm. Had to walk-in to get welcome pacage, parking permit, codes to pool ext., but they sent me a thick payslips book via mail. When I walked in my property manager (Mark D.) immediately gave me cop vibes then continued to question me like I was one of his detainee.

Thin line bordering racist comment from him and even laughed at my situation caused because of no parking permit. More over, the group reached out to me about a sewage issues in a unit below mine ( main drain issues). I allowed them to come into my unit where they cut a whole in my wall and assure me they would fix it - 12 months later, many phone calls later and there responce is "we have no record of doing work in your unit" I want to sue them. Let's try to push them out of Colorado.

Virginia and her staff is the best and at most prompt and professional. We have had soooooo many HOA companies at Carriage Park Community that have been a complete nightmare! CPMG is AWESOME! Thank you for always having a open door. And actually caring about the community.

I'm always treated respectfully by John Woolfrum. He is so kind and promptly calls back. I have friends at other properties not using CPMG and their properties look neglected while Greenbrook maintains standards.

What a disgusting company. They don't update the website they make you pay on, they don't ensure that every property owner knows what's going on with their property in the HOA. They charge me over $500 in late fees because the HOA went up and I was never notified. They told me they notified me via mail, turns out they've been holding my mail for the past year and now it's a priority to get it back to me.

The people you will speak to are rude and unwilling to accommodate and unwilling to accept responsibility. The HOA of the Colorado property Management group is one of the main reasons I'm selling my property is to solely not deal with them ever again in my life.

I must say, what everyone on here has to say is abundantly true. It takes a fair amount to get me to write anything negative, but I hope that this company does something to change. We luckily got rid of them (they said "they quit" but once we got our board president off; let's just say the writing was on the wall) I hope they turn themselves around and own up to ANY responsibilities they should. Definetly some VERY suspicious behavior. If you have a choice, and you want someone to have your back, do not use this company. Sorry but it is the truth.

Debra Vickery is the worst property manager! She wins through intimidation. She fails to do the job properly she is paid to do by the Home Owners Associations. She's only interested in lining her own pockets much like someone else we have had the misfortune of experiencing for the last 3.5 years! IE: She fails to get 3 Bids for every project. Instead she awards 98% of the maintenance contracts to Walton Construction for very over priced work. IE: She awarded 3 entry cedar gates to the Windsong Condominium Property for $950. Each!

Terrible HOA managers. You will never get a response or an answer when calling anyone in this building. When leaving a message, you will likely not get a phone call back, unless it deals with an emergency situation. Questionable budget management and reasoning behind budgeting, yet dues continue to increase and they will blame things such as dumping instead.

Finally received notice about the pool not opening for the summer, fine, Coronavirus and all, but instead of saying that, they say they've already spent the budget preparing to open it (haven't even touched it though?) and will spend the remaining budget on closing it for the season.

This company is horrible. The sprinkler company they use accidentally turned off the water to my townhouse when they were winterizing the system. Instead of calling them for me, or giving me their number, the woman assigned to our units told me to 'call a plumber'. Only after getting Denver Water (they were awesome) to come out and help me troubleshoot, and confirming that the sprinkler guys were the culprits, did they call them to fix the issue. Very unprofessional, I can't believe I pay $237/month for this kind of service.

The fourth property management group to take over in my neighborhood in as many years, and each one is worse than the last with this one being so bad that I'm here writing this review. I'm not entirely sure what they do except cash the HOA check every month. The neighborhood looks awful and their selective enforcement of the bylaws is absolutely maddening.

They are located on the other side of Denver from where I live, so why would they care about the condition of the neighborhood as long as those HOA checks keep rolling in? Their 1.4 star google score is much too generous and if you are fortunate enough to be in a situation where you can avoid these charlatans, run far far away and find a competent property management company (if they exist).

Don't do a thing and get paid for it. Our manager is mean, doesn't follow up appropriately on complaints, yells over you on the phone, and doesn't ever leave her office to check on how work is proceeding, if it is done, or what they've done. Hires landscapers that only trim the HOA President's bushes or those near the road, workers who have broken personal items outside of our house after throwing them on shared green space to paint, but will gladly eat the money from our inflated dues to sit on her butt and tell everyone she has a lawyer if you question what she actually does at work.

This "company" is a joke they don't care what happens at their properties as long as they receive their HOA dues. They so kindly decided to place a $500 fee upon me for the police coming to my home for domestic violence situation with my ex. The head of the HOA said that it wasn't his issue and perhaps I should have made better choices. In addition to my ceiling that has been leaking in the bathroom for 18 months and my heater constantly going. It will be a sad day in hell before I ever recommended this company if you can call it a company.
