Shout out to James C. Hill Real Estate! It's almost been a year renting with them and very good service. It was easy to rent here and the rent prices where even better. If y'all are looking for a house to rent or buy stop looking and apply here with them. Fast, easy and friendly service. They also have a Spanish speaking friendly assistant named Myra. They were super helpful in helping me buy my first house! Then 7 years later I went to work for the office so I could do the same for others! In my opinion they know Thornton and Northglenn better than anyone.

I've been in real estate for 24 years I work mainly realty sales. when I have a client that needs a rental I always refer them here I know the original James and his wife. The younger family members run the business and they are doing a very good job. They're honest and upfront with my clients and they never interfere with my working relationship with the realty sales.

What a joke! Was a ill and unjustified review I made a few years back. Truth is these guys really go above and beyond for their clients and non clients as well. They really helped me out today and I haven't been a client for a while. Thanks Jay and please tell the team they really do a great job!

I had to sell my home remotely from another state. Jay and Kathy made it so easy for me. I had to do some work on the house and they helped me by getting contractors. Really they did ALL the work to sell my home. They kept me informed about the process and answered all my questions. They were very responsive, answering my calls within an hour or less usually.

They listened to me and let me call the shots but were honest with me and gave me advice when I wanted it. I know every situation is different, but in my case it was less than one month from listing to closure. I would definitely use them again.

They are very nice and well organized. Unfortunately the Denver Market is out of control at the moment so they don't have much to offer. The one place we looked at we were number 11 on the list. However they did refund our application fee since they never ran our information (because someone who applied before us took the property) which I was really surprised to have had happen.

I am a busy person. However, for what they've done for us, I am going to take some time out of my busy day to write them a good review. Honestly, no one has ever worked harder or tried as much as James Realty. They get things going and don't wait around. I am so thankful for their team and staff members. Unlike other places that are only about money, they are genuine and understanding of life. So many thanks to all their team members!

James C Hill are caring and understanding of all situations. He accommodated us in every way we asked him to. He listened to us, heard our story, and did everything he could to get us in and out of our rental. It was our favorite place we've lived in so far. If things turned out better in our personal lives, we would have stayed with him for a very long time. To this day, we miss the home we rented from him. They're a great team, and anyone would be lucky to buy or rent from them.

I lived at my previous residence for 1 year. Prior to that, I lived in the same place for 4 years. All of this moving was due to the severe rent spikes in recent years. I really hate moving. I wanted to find a place that I could rent long term. My previous apartments wanted to raise rent by $250/month to re-sign for another year! There was no way I could do that with my situation.

I was scared because I have two kids and my wife to take care of and there was nothing in my price range anywhere in Colorado that I could find. My wife and I honestly considered moving to another state that was cheaper. But then we saw an ad for Hill Real Estate. I was at the end of my rope and figured I'd throw my dice in one more time. I was very happy I did.

They work with private owners that want to rent properties. They will try their hardest to work with you. And then when you are in your new home, if you ever have any maintenance concerns, they show up promptly and show genuine concern for your safety and comfort. They are very simple and kind. I love it and wonder where this kind of customer service disappeared to in the rest of the world.

Give them a call. You got nothing to lose. Even if you don't find anything, at least you talked to someone kind for the day. Thank you to everyone at Hill Real Estate! Our lease is up and ready for re-signing and I have my pen ready!
