They have been very responsive with our needs. They are very knowledgeable with the Maryland Homeowners Act. This ensures that the associations they represent are following the law.

This place is beyond unprofessional. No one is never at the office to talk to. They expect everyone to do their job. They request things, but can't seem to process anything. They give out wrong permits and then tell people it's not on them when the cars get towed. I swear. the parking space have pot holes. Property is full of litter. Exactly what are people paying for again?

One star is way too much for this business. The homeowner association of my investment condos is using it to collect mostly fees and, definitely, it is the worst mistake that Frenchman Creek Condominiums has lately made. It could be a great improvement if they have customers account information online.

If no stars were possible that is what they should get. I'm the owner of a unit in a property they manage and Rogal is a constant problem. Things are broken and never get fixed no matter how many work orders you send in. No wonder the residents/owners are trying to kick them out as the management company. I hope they succeed, they have my vote.

They don't even deserve one star. I am a condo owner. The incompetence of this property management is unmatched by anything I have ever seen. My roof is leaking and my ceiling is about to cave in on my sons head. I have pest control issues, they have had a tarp on the roof for over a year now. They throw responsibility to the owner every time even when the Condo Docs say otherwise.

I asked to have the neighborhood assessed to repair the roofs and was told no. It would be 1200$ a unit to fix everything. That is pebbles. But here is the catch, the foreclosure rate is so high and I have been told that once a unit goes to foreclosure, Mr. Rogal buys them up. Well if you own several units, that assessment could get High quickly. My question is how can someone be a property manager with insurance interest in the property. All I can say is I hope Rogal Real Estate has a good professional liability policy because I'm definitely filling a lawsuit against their errors and omissions policy.

If I could give this management company zero stars I would. I own a property in the subdivision of Iverson square condominium. I've had a roof leak for the past several days now and when I called Rogal Real Estate management company to take care of the leak, they lie about sending a contractor out to fix the roof. Its been five days and still no contractor has come out to repair the leak. Today, I spoke to the president of the condo association Jerome Hickman who stated I have to wait until the contractor repairs all the other leaky roofs in the neighborhood, because apparently the association does nothing about the roofs in this community until the damage gets really bad. Jerome also stated that he could not provide a day or time a contractor will come out to repair the roof, his worlds were "he will get to you whenever he gets to you", and that if I don't like it, I should hire my own contractor.

I don't know how long this company has been in business but someone needs to educate them on condo association responsibilities. I have never experienced a more unprofessional management company or President of an management company. Jerome Hickman should be ashamed to call himself President of any property management company.

I honestly believe they have an illegal arrangement with tow companies. This is the second time my car was towed from being parked in front of my home and in the 4 years I've lived here. Not only was it unlawfully, but also stored 20 miles away in another county. On top of that, my car was broken into three times in 2017- they offer no security, but they do have partnerships towing vehicles illegally. I will be glad to be rid of this business and file a civil suit.

I lived there 7 years they never inspected my place after the condo was sublet to me. They have mice issues heavy in that complex. Would not recommend!

This is the worst management company and most inconsiderate ever known to mankind. The parking rules are so dumb and it looks like they are getting a "kickback" from the tow guys for towing your car. They will tow your car if even a square inch of your tire is on the line and won't call you to warn you but tow your car in a heartbeat. They also don't upkeep the community up at all. Never use this idiots

Rogal Real Estate is horrible. When I participated on the board I so wish I was the board president because I would fire them! They are not responsive to residents needs, they excessively charge fees even when they are not warranted and the services (lawn care, maintenance of property) is nonexistent (not responsive) or the contractors used do a bad job.

If you are an Condo Association or HOA in search of a property manager steer clear of shady rogal real estate - they will cut every corner to make as much profit as possible.
