I am a resident of Willoughby. I do not know if it is located in Chevy Chase or China Towm. The smell of garlic and oil every day from ten in the moeprning to five in the afternoon has made my life miserable. I cannot sell my unit either. No one would buy this place. The smell is spread all over the 17th floor and in my unit on 28th. It is a kitchen for business at 1718 S.
