So I called today just to renew my lease and the front clerk (did not tell me his or her name) screamed at my relay services (interpreter, Convo App)and hung up. Today at 1:18pm. Did you know that every call through the relay services are automatically recorded? the interpreter and myself can also hear you. you were very loud and rude. especially telling me that Deaf are hard to deal with and "confusing". that's not cool This is how the Deaf community communicate through the phone using the relay services (Convo, purple 3, and VRS) and for you to scream at my interpreter is a HUGE issue.
For ADA. All I have to do is just send them the record and they will take care of it. It's very easy to reach out to them. I spoken with Steve Savino and Kevin before and they are great to work with. But whoever at the front desk or whatever did was out of respect.
