Recent take over of an apartment complex. Previous management (who was amazing) ordered a new stove to come in. New management did not inform about installation and just went in apartment with no one home. Dog shook and wouldn't leave side all night, don't know what happened in the apartment. It's concerning to just have random people come in with no notice. That's also illegal amd in violation of rent agreement. Going to seek an option to move as well as legal options to cover expenses. Renter is afraid to be there alone.

I am a homeowner and have been using ABR since it's beginning. Not only are they super professional, but they get things done really quickly, our two sets of tenants have been very happy and we feel very happy with the market rent we're receiving. I have referred many people to them because of this and many other reasons. I couldn't recommend them enough.

While i haven't had this group as my property manager for long they have been really responsive if my apartment has issues. Laura Freese specifically has been really attentive to my questions and maintenance requests! They always let us know ahead of time if they are coming by and aren't imposing. It's already been a great experience compared to other property management companies.

This is what i can say. For years Laura Freese was my property manager. I always was able to get ahold of her was always able to get a positive response and she was always able to help with most issues that arose. And she was very pleasant to talk to. Wish she was still agent in charge of our building. And I'm not the only one that feels this way. Or property has gone sour since she left. You are a very lucky company top have her. And her tenants even more so.

Watch out for the fees that are not in the lease. They will pray on your ignorance if you let them. And they will 100% take as much money from your deposit as possible. Really poor company

I rented a condo from them and lived there for two years. Both the move-in and move-out process was very easy. Maintenance requests were completed usually within 2 or 3 days max and their employees are very kind and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend others to rent with them as well.

Laura was phenomenal through out the whole process. She was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The signing was simple and straight forward. She completed a walk through with us upon receiving they key. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again, Laura!

Associated Brokers Realty is a family owned company with 30+ years in the real estate industry in sales and property management. We decided to use Anthony as our Realtor and are so glad we did. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process in selling our home. All our questions and concerns were answered in timely and efficient manner.

We rented a place with Associated Brokers Realty for 2 years. I would recommend renting from them. It's essential to understand that they run a straightforward and large business, so this experience may be different than ones you've had in the past with a personal landlord who owns just a few properties. What does this mean as a renter? You work with Associated Brokers Realty and will likely never encounter the owner of the home.

They follow all laws set out in regards to house repairs, leases, and timely communications. When I did receive communication, it was clear and concise. This also means that the processes and communications can sometimes be frustrating if you expect a one-on-one relationship with your landlord. I paid rent late on one instance (during the holiday season, banks were closed).

I received notice via a sign posted to my door which incurs the posting penalty plus the late rent fee, as laid out in the lease. When I called to explain the situation, they did waive the posting fee but the late rent fee was still charged. If you're used to having a one-on-one relationship with your landlord, you may find this frustrating, but 1) it's a fair way to run a business, and 2) you know what to expect when doing business with them because it is all laid out in the lease. it is also nice to know that Associated Brokers provides a sort of protection from the one-on-one relationships with property owner/landlord that I've described above.

We had an instance in which the owner of the home (who by contract was still responsible for all repairs) delayed in fixing a utilities issue. Associated Brokers ensured that our rights were protected during this time period and we were able to take a deduction in rent. As for the staff, the people I spoke with were always lovely and got back to me within two days. I also appreciated that Anthony wrote a renter's letter of recommendation for me to obtain a new apartment when I moved out of state.

I have lived in an Associated Brokers property for over 10 years. I have been very pleased with this management company, which is owned by Anthony Irizarry. One cold winter day, Anthony had my furnace fixed within 6 hours and he even hand delivered space heaters for me, just in case the furnace company was unable to fix the furnace quickly. He also had a slightly leaking pipe fixed within 20 hours.

I have stayed with Anthony, because he has everything fixed within a timely manner and is a great property manager. He has always been kind to me and very professional. I would highly recommend renting from Associated Brokers and/or have them manage your rental properties for you. Thank you Anthony and staff for making renting from you a pleasant experience.

I rented through Associated Brokers Realty for a year and a half. My experience was good with this company. I only had a handful of problems with the plumbing/electrical and those were fixed quickly, and my security deposit was returned nearly in full after my lease was terminated.

Being a property manager is not an enviable position to be in but Associated Brokers Realty did a great job trying to keep me, as the tenant, happy. I could tell they were also fulfilling their responsibility to the owner of the house I was renting, but they were great at understanding where I was coming from and did a great job acting as mediator between me and the owner.

They were quick to respond when maintenance or repairs were needed and I really felt that they were looking out for my best interest as a tenant. That is very comforting to know when you are renting a home and I really appreciated it.

I have been doing business with Associated Brokers for many years in the management of property. In my experience the owner and staff have communicated clearly and honestly with both tenants and property owners. Their customer support has also been first rate. Overall they have done an excellent job managing the rental and management process which can be very difficult in today's environment.

This is, without a doubt, the worst property management group currently in business in Denver. I lived in one side of a duplex with several roommates for a year that Associated Brokers Realty Inc. managed. They never came to fix broken parts of the house even after they said they would. Even something as simple as a replacement screen was too much for them to handle.

Their employees used offensive, profane language directed at myself and my roommates when we voiced our concerns. When we moved into our home, there were holes in the wall in some places that we documented carefully (small holes, nothing we cared too much about). Upon our moving out, they then charged us to fix these holes! Further, we provided Associated Brokers Realty, Inc. our new addresses when we moved out to send us our security deposits back.

The company even asked that we provide them with the addresses for that purpose. 63 days later (that is 3 days past when the lease said they would be sent to us), they mail one collective check back to the property where we use to live. They sent a check to the house we moved out of OVER TWO MONTHS AGO. So, in short, not only is Associated Brokers Realty, Inc. extremely poor at what they do, they are full of just down right unpleasant people. I would suggest to anyone thinking of utilizing their "services" to look elsewhere.

Our experience with this company was frustrating and infuriating to say the least. In retrospect I am glad they NEVER called me back to let me know if I was accepted to rent their apartment even after we paid the $60.00 cash application fee. Keep it! Now I never have to deal with your poor customer service and condescending attitude ever again. There's a reason why the reviews to this company are so poor and it's because they are terrible at what they do.

Go with someone else or regret it, I am so thankful that I did. UPDATE: The day after I posted this review I received a phone call offering my application fee back and an apology. I happily accepted both.

I couldn't get out from this lease quick enough! The owner/manager Anthony is a condescending excitable man who inherited the business from his daddy. Two years and I must have received well over 50 notices on my door for various issues, half of them being about odors in the building and the other half being about the constant maintenance. He'd even send his henchman to "inspect the premises for noxious odors" which I assume meant he was searching our apartments for pot! Tried to charge me for this and that and in the end he kept a third of my deposit for six hours of cleaning which, if it was six hours, would have been for things like the peeling and bleeding paint or the bathroom fixtures stained from bad plumbing.

And you know what, I could care less that he took that much because I never have to deal with them again. AVOID - the reasonable rent isn't worth it! [Edit] Received an email about 12 hours after posting this: "Hello, I read your review. Thank you for letting me know how you feel." Creepily following up like I wrote a friendly personal note to him; doesn't seem very self-aware. Since I know you're reading this, I hope this may be constructive for your business practices!

I have never been treated so poorly by any business establishment. I lived in an Associated Brokers property for three years, was a wonderful tenant - took great care of the apartment and payed rent on time every single month. When I moved out, I called their office to find out how to get my deposit back. I spoke to a woman who took my new address and my roommate's new address and said they would split the refund and mail us separate checks.

This was a month before I moved out. I called back a week before the lease was up as my future address changed, and there was no record of my previous call, and I spoke to an abrasive man who blamed me for "making up" that I had spoken to someone about changing the address because there were no notes in his system about me ever calling. "You never called." He would not even acknowledge that I called.

As far as he was concerned, our refund check would be waiting in their office to be picked up within 60 days of the lease. The problem was that I had already moved across the country to New York (from Colorado). I told him this, and he said he "didn't care" and that I had to have a letter signed by both me and my roommate (still in Colorado) stating that we would like our refund split and sent to addresses.

I told him I thought I took care of it a month ago and that no one told me that, something I could have easily taken care of in CO. He yelled at me over the phone, again accused me of never calling, and I got upset, eventually agreeing to get it to him hardly within the deadline (having to sign a letter, mail it across the country to have it signed by roommate, then sending it to them).

This phone call ended in this man hanging up on me, but with an understanding that he should watch for my letter. The last time I called, I hadn't seen any sign of my refund months later. He scolded me for never having sent the letter (which my roommate mailed a month prior). Then he read from his internal system's notes from our previous phone call, in a mocking voice, "lady doesn't want to deal with letter since she has moved out of the country." I reminded him that I agreed to send it even though his staff had COMPLETELY MISINFORMED ME.

I asked to speak to someone in charge, he said he was in charge - it was the owner, Anthony! The owner, yelling at me and mocking me for my frustration at his staff's incompetency. Then he HUNG UP ON ME. Again. Twenty minutes later, he called back and said he located our signed letter, then hung up a third time before I could even say "I told you so." I got my security deposit back 3 months after I moved out. NEVER live in their properties. ************************* Yes, honest mistakes SHOULD be punished, especially when originating from misinformation that SHOULD be given to those who try to find out the correct protocol!

Thank you, fake reviewers, and friends of the family for invalidating the experience of an outsider, further proving the lack of respect towards customers at Associated Brokers.
