I am happy with Mavi. They were very responsive and helpful. I managed to get my home placed on rent with a good tenant after screening. Mavi managed the whole process seamlessly without any human contact which during covid times is great. Mavi contacted me with statistics and recommendations for my pricing. I got a tenant interested and managed to close the deal within two weeks of listing. At every stage Mavi would keep me informed about the progress with daily updates so I never felt the need for being physically present.

I rented out my condo for the first time with Mavi and I am really impressed with their service and team. They walked me through the entire process and provided suggestions along the way. The team that I have been in communication with was professional and responsive. At first, I was hesitant with the unsupervised showings. After going through it, I think it is a great idea and definitely shortened the time period to find qualified applicants.

They listed the condo on several websites and set almost a dozen showings over the first weekend. I was able to find a qualified applicant in just a few days! When I compare them to more traditional property managers, I find that I am getting BETTER service for a much lower price.

We rented a house via Mavi. We were able to set up a next-day appointment online to view the property and they provided a code for the lockbox to be able to let ourselves in and take a look at our own pace with no one else there. Once we decided to rent the house, the leasing team was very responsive to our questions and we were able to make the security deposit and rent payment all online through the portal, so no need to call anyone or send a check or anything like that. The whole experience was very smooth.

I loved every step of working with Mavi for renting out my condo including their highly responsive customer service (with phone or email), high quality photographing, and ease of use. However, my most favorite feature is their superb portal website and its User Interface. You are in full control mode with that UI with access to all info and analytics you need to make decisions for your rental. At the end I was extremely impressed with their very reasonable pricing given the quality of their service.

We looked for a house to rent for months and viewed several properties with different companies. Once we looked with Mavi we were able to find the perfect place in a matter of a few weeks! The showing was self guided, the property manager emailed us in advance to confirm the showing and gave us access to the home. Once we decided to apply for the property the correspondence was frequent and thorough, any questions we had were answered promptly. The application process was easy and quick. We move in next month and can't wait!

My experience so far with Mavi has been quite positive! The tenant placement process was efficient and streamlined as they are a modern, tech-forward property management company. I especially like their online platform that allowed me to see leads, showing requests, applications, etc. instantly as they were received. Their prices are super competitive too!

The tenant we chose requested an immediate move-in date and Mavi was very prompt on getting the lease and everything else done on their end to accommodate. I am looking forward to our landlord-property manager relationship!

I was initially looking for a reasonably priced apartment unit. When I stumbled upon an ideal lease, I was thrilled with how easy it was to engage with Mavi. I am glad that with Mavi, I can sign paperwork and pay for fees online. The lease agreement was also easy to understand and transparent of my responsibilities as a tenant and the property owner's responsibilities. Mavi representatives were also very helpful on phone call, helping me work out an ideal lease start date with the property owner on my behalf.

I've only been with Mavi for a short time, but they have done well by me so far. They seem to genuinely have cared when I have called and needed something done. Everything has been done quickly as well. While initially my rental did need a bit of work, I spoke with Mavi and they took care of things before I took possession of the rental. Judi even made a special trip to show me the property and I was able to secure the property promptly.

Their fees are standard and so far I have no complaints. I am enjoying my rental and so are my kids. I look forward to the rest of my lease time with them and hope for the best

Mavi helped me find tenants. The experience was flawless and both units were rented within 1 month. The Mavi business model is extremely efficient and hands-off. However, if you need to speak to a live person, to ask questions or get a faster response than email, you can easily call them. I have never waited longer than 1 minute when calling! Amazing experience as a first-time landlord and I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend landlords to use Mavi Unlimited Property Management if they need high quality property management service. Debbie and his team have been doing an amazing job leasing my properties quickly and efficiently. This time, It was difficult one as we started to rent it out at this low season time and the nature of this house being big house with high price point.

They were able to find very high quality tenants. Even though we had to lower the price several times and we rented it out at a lower than expected price, we are satisfy with their service. Mavi's tenant placement team communicated and coordinated effectively with us and the potential tenants so that we were able to offer and sign the lease with the tenant promptly and successful.

This is my first experience with a rental property and using a property management company. Mavi has made the process seem quick and easy. They screen the tenants, set up tours, and propose potential tenants. The automatic ACH transfers have typically reached my account within 2 days. So, that's a plus. Overall the whole Mavi team has been very responsive and helpful. They've definitely made a good impression on me.
