Well, as far as buildings in Portland go, this one is nice. I like that it has green lights around the top of it. I also love the inside Christmas decorations during the holiday season. This year they had three huge trees with lots of presents. They also have a good coffee shop inside. You wouldn't necessarily expect it to have good coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but it does!
And all for a reasonable price too. TD Ameritrade has a convenient ticker tape outside. Perfect for when you're stuck at a light and need to know how your stocks are doing. Underground parking here is expensive and street parking or SmartPark are better bets.
