It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. I've had multiple packages stolen and the people above me stomp around non-stop. I've sent emails and called several times and have never received a response. You can see by all of the one star reviews that Affinity is horrible. When initially applying to a an apartment I had to pay a background check fee. Then I saw a different Affinity Apartment and decided I'd rather live there.

They made me pay a fee for another background check! If you want to live somewhere that you feel unsafe, have things stolen, and have no one to speak to about on these issues, then an Affinity location would be the one for you.

I leased a one bed/one bath apartment for 2 years and everything seemed to be going well. Jon is an awesome maintenance man and always resolved any of my issues in a timely manner. There were some issues I know other tenants had with mold but I just looked passed it so just beware of that. It wasn't until my lease came to an end when things went a little south.

On the last day, the office staff called me multiple times trying to get me out of the apartment when I still had until the end of that day. I work 7 days a week and did everything by myself so I needed all the time I rightfully had. They left a message saying that they had new tenant coming in so they needed my keys ASAP. I was reminded that I am no use to them as my lease was coming to an end.

On top of that, they returned my deposit AFTER the 21 day limit they have according to WA state law. I only recived 25% of it. I left the apartment spotless and was still charged the $200 cleaning fee. While WA state does allow landlords to keep a non-refundable cleaning fee no matter how clean you leave it. Sedona Apartment Homes Contract states "If you don't clean adequately, you'll be charged for reasonable cleaning charges." I does not state that the WILL charge you.

They should add that they're going to charge you $200 anyway because that's what they did to me. Would've saved me time, stress, and recourses. When I called about my concern, the manager stated that I did leave the apartment in great condition and they were thankful for that. Again, I'm confused about the unreasonable charges since I took pictures of how I left the apartment. Anyway, just beware of these issues and carefully read before signing a lease with Sedona Apartment Homes and rest assured you will not receive at least 50% of your refundable deposit back.

There's bad property management companies. and then there's Affinity. I've been trying for 6 weeks to get access to the online portal so I can pay rent electronically. Instead my rent check for this month was "lost" in their own drop box, which I only discovered when I was served a 10-day non-payment notice. For 6 weeks I've been emailing, calling and leaving voicemails.

Apparently the manager of my building quit (not surprising considering the lack of organization) and for some reason nobody can check their voicemails or emails? I've left voicemails with my building's number, with the company's main number, even tried leaving messages with each of the leadership team but all of their voicemail boxes are full! I got a random name in the company directory and thought maybe I could just get a live person to help. and it transferred me to the personal cell of somebody who hasn't worked their in three years! Bunch of clowns

This is the kind of company that wants to charge people 175 for a 20 garage key. This company mismanages property like crazy. They don't care about the safety of their residents, nickle and dime you at everytime. The management they put in place for my apt literally lies to us on a daily basis to save face. This building gets broken into on a regular basis and he does nothing. No extra security at all. They clearly don't care about residents. All they care about is profits.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They never ever respond to calls, emails or messages. I paid to put an application in more than 3 weeks ago and still have gotten no response. Update: they cancelled my application after over a month now of no responses and stole my application fee. Someone needs to be contacted about this place.

We did work June 2021 for a property that Affinity managed and still have not been paid. We had to increase our insurance policy to meet their needs and they won't pay. We have sent multiple email reminders for the unpaid invoice and still nothing. No one will return my phone calls or emails. It's sad that we have to basically beg for payment of services that we already completed! FYI TO ANY VENDORS CONSIDERING WORKING WITH THEM- DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!.

This particular property was sold to a different management company AFTER our work was completed. Look at the pics of how many time they reviewed our invoice and still NOTHING.

No one answers the phone in the administrative offices. As mentioned by other reviews you can find some of the following: Not answering their phones that are "open" during business hours. Ignoring trash pickup and cleaning maintenance. Overcharge for their properties compared to their competitors. They like to send falsified documents or documents that do not have correct dates on the leasing agreements to trick their tenants in paying more to live in illegally modified apartments.
