Never had a problem with the property I stayed on but the corporate office is not professional. I been calling for over a week or so.no one ever answers the phone. It's been over 30 days I yet to receive my deposit back which I was told it has to come from corporate office. This is so unprofessional I am upset

We service the Wilderness Trail Manor in Kentucky for their pest control needs. This property is one of the cleanest and well maintained properties that we service. The manager Jamie and her staffs, and the maintenance technician Craig are always friendly and professional.

They could not get any staff at Wilderness Trail Manor better than Jamie, Rhonda, and Debbie. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. Jamie goes out of her way to help everyone.

I've been here at Brooks Manor apts in W. Columbia, Tx for 7+ years. I've seen a few owners and managers come in that time frame. I'm very happy with our manager. She gets the job done. She's very personable and treats all residents with the same respect she wants to be treated with. Monroe Group has been very nice to us here. They really care about our needs. Thanks You

I've been at Wilderness Trail for 10 years. The staff have been good and helpful to me. Anything that I ask to be fixed gets fixed. The building is always clean and looks up to date.

My mother has lived at Garden City over 15 years and before Monroe people remodeled the place it was a dump! Her apartment is beautiful and she loves it!

I decided to write a review because I have been living in a Monroe property called Georgetown Square Apartments in Georgetown, TX and have had an amazing experience here. This is one of the most well kept apartment complexes I've ever lived in. It is always clean and well maintained. This is definitely due to their manager, Arlene. She is on point with everything from needing repairs done to paperwork etc.

She is so on top of things which is new to me in comparison to other places I've lived. It's nice to live somewhere clean and safe. The maintenance man, Gary, is so professional and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend living here

Completely out of soap to purchase. Machines look new but the person who is working there said she has no idea if they do laundry by the pound like the website says. What a waste of time. Also it's right by the police substation if that give any indication about the quality of the area of town it's in.

I wasn't able to do my laundry because someone broke the card machine. No wifi as advertised.

It's my first time here and the kind lady outside walked me in and took me through the laundromat and taught me how to use the machines. Mrs. Peggy was very nice and kind. Also, all the machines inside are brand new, and everything is digital. I recommend everyone uses this laundromat especially college students

Ms. Peggy was great! She was so welcoming, helped us carry in our clothes, gave us a full tour of the laundry mat. She also showed us how to use the machines and even did a few loads for us. She's great! That's all i can say. I will be back!

Nothing is as great as getting quality service from a well-known service provider. These guys always make me feel appreciated whenever I use their services. My clothes always look and smell good. You guys should definitely check this place out.
