This isn't a decent place to rent from at all. The property advertisement stated plain as day, "No Dogs Allowed". That's the main reason for moving into this unit. Especially since I work from home. I moved into the unit and there's a pitbull that lives right in front. I went to the office about it and some lady told me plain as day, "I've told him to get rid of the dog".

That was lie. I've had guest pull up to visit but turned around due to a dog that's left outside unattended to, but on a chain that stretches far as the curb. This is unacceptable. I've been lied to by this company and they don't provide good service at all. I've placed a work order for a leaking sink and haven't heard anything. They don't send out maintenance people that get anything done correctly.

I've had a guy come in review what the first guy came out to review in the beginning, when i first moved in and the lady told me that the first guy was fired. So, pretty much nothing has been done, but they expect rent. I expect to live in a unit that's not falling apart, if I'm giving you my money. At this point it seems like i need to get an attorney, due to a brench in the contract.

You shouldn't lie to rent to tenants to fill your empty unit. No stars because this is a poor unit and everything was reported from the time I've moved in. So what's the hold up on getting this unit corrected? Terrible place to rent from.

I've been renting from Wichita Rentals, LLC for about 6 years. They've been great the whole time. I've only had to call them for maintenance a couple of times, but when I did, they were immediatly on top of it! Definitely recommend renting from them!

If you are willing to stay without a fridge for 4 days, losse food more than one time in a year.this is the company to rent from. If you are willing to pay bills for maintenance over something you did not break go ahead. The unit is good but with outdated appliances that they are ready to fix 1000 times but not replace. No emergency maintenance like everywhere so if the AC broke its your problem. Some of that 5 stars reviews are thier maintenance contractors shows how they are asking thier employees to rate them up.

I am a landlord they contacted me for a reference for a former tenet. We ended up having a lot of good information to exchange. I would recommend them for your rental needs.

I live next door to one of their rentals and I am a homeowner. They have diseased and dead trees in the front and back yard. The disease has spread to a tree in my yard, my tree died and had to pay to have it removed. I am hesitant to plant anything due to the risk of spreading. The trees are an eyesore from both my front and backyard and branches falling and dangerous to people walking on the sidewalk and a risk to the electrical lines in the backyard.

The fence between our yards is falling down luckily one sections being held up by a dead tree. Caught poison oak because it grows over the fence and have to cut it back. Have brought it to the renters attention they showed me the text messages sent regarding the problems only excuses as to why they can't deal with it now and have not responded or acted on the matter since. That was months ago. I am taking this to the city. Do not rent from these people.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value I have paid my rent on time every month and the might be the worst "landlords" I have ever had. I have had my fence falling over for 3 months and anytime we call to get the to do something it takes them months to get it fixed. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER.

I have lived in my apt for almost two years and when I have an issue they always do their best to fix it. Kiersten.the property manager is always so kind and will do her best to make to fix any problems. A big thank you to Chad.in maintenance.does an awesome job an awesome job everytime! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Wichita Property Rental, I've been renting with them for 2yrs now and they have worked proficient and promptly with maintenance request. I will be seriously considering renewing my lease with them for another year this coming March. The team in Wichita is so easy to work and communicate with I think they're all awesome.

I had a leak on my water heater and they sent someone right over, to stop the leak. Of course the plumbing store was closed, the plumber asked what would be the best time for me first thing in the morning to replace it. He was right on time with a new water heater ready to work he didn't waste any time. A great friendly guy and was quick to get it done. I recommend them for anything that you need done! Thanks again guys good job!

The worst! My realtor recommended Wichita Rentals because he is friends with the owner. I have three rental houses from different assignments and I've never seen a more incompetent property management business. I really needed a solid agency because I was going to be deployed for a year. I paid them $3,000 just to put a renter in plus the 10% a month.

After more problems than I could tolerate, and they inadvertently sent me the renters contact information; I contacted them directly. Come to find out, the renter had nothing but problems with them. After working out an agreement between the renter and myself, we have been co-managing the property for over a year and a half with absolutely no problem. All they did was make legitimate challenges more difficult. They are the agency that wants to collect their pay but not actually do any work. I'm so glad I got rid of them.
