They take good care of me and my bf. Fixed our AC in the first day I called about it. I had to pay late once and they waived the late fee.

Branson just took over my duplex, and already they have fixed the numerous things my last landlord refused to fix! I couldnt be happier with they run theyre business!

I had scheduled a time early this morning before I had to work to view a property. The lady on the phone triple checked i'd be there at 830am. Which i Said i would be, so when i was this morning and she wasnt there, i was definitely upset that i wasted my time. I waited 40 minutes and then called and left a voicemail. They actually never even got back to me, I HAD to call them back, at which point a man said Rachel didnt show up because i had to confirm our meeting, which I was never told to begin with, which i explained to him.

No apologies or anything, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, i had rescheduled a time for tomorrow to meet with them, but after seeing these reviews, im confident this place and their "Management" is garbage. I'm not going to waste my time viewing a property of company that has no respect for potential clients time. Maybe they should look into a customer service/hospitality seminar for their whole company. Will never rent from them, because from the jump of this process, they've proven their a mess of a company that doesn't have common sense or common decency.

Beware office manager is very narrow minded and judgemental. Will discriminate against commercial clients if she doesn't approve of your business. Wasted 2 weeks of my time while they had my deposit and a month and a half of future rent. She jumps to conclusions, and she told the owner of property that I was interested in renting untrue things about my legitimate, and very well established business.

When I tried to confront her about the wrongful alligations, she dismissed me rudely and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. If you see their sign RUN! Do not rent any place that is managed by this office! If you are a property owner read all the other 1 star reviews on this place for residential leasing as well!

I was contemplating using this company and decided against it after just two phone calls. They are rude, obnoxious, and just plain dirty thieves. Please stay far away from this company. I cannot give less than one star and would like to

Everyone at Branson has been extremely helpful and really, just gone above and beyond! We rent a location for our business and are extremely happy with the service they have provided.

I would never rent from branson property I lived in c.a due to my husband being in the military. And my husband came back in July and he looked at this house. Linda is one of the agents and she told my husband and my in laws they would fix up the things that were bad. The wall had so many cracks in the wall Adrian which is now the new agent for this property he thinks he can call the a women disrespectfull sinces he's a guy he told me they aren't fixing the cracks in the wall.

We only lived in this house for 2 weeks and half and it's been hell for us the AC was not working at all they would send out a guy he said it worked and it didn't. My sister came over and her son broke out in a heat rase due to how hot it was it's 91 and I sent it to 72. When we first moved his august 1st I was raining left and right my husband woke up in the middle of the night to check the dog and when he went back to bed he heard water dipping so he went over there and the wood from the window was cracking and hanging.

I call ardain yesterday to tell him it's suppose to rain this Friday and sat and he said he would try to cover so it doesn't leak they did a walk thur 2 weeks ago why does it take the agents that long to find someone I call someone in wixhita and they told me they could be out the next day. I cant wait till my one lease is over. NEVER EVER WILL I EVERY RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE THEY SAID MORE WORST THINGS.

1 star is too good for these folks. I'll never hire them again!
