Absolute trash of a person as a company. You can look over Kim being the worst realtor there is, only to see how horrible of person he is. Multiple unannounced visits. Lets himself in because he thinks he can. Started accusing friends of living there. Trying to charge me water and sewage bill that was in my name. Took 3x the water sewage bill out of deposit. Charges for stuff listen in our move in item list of problems.
Grass dying due to a terrible sprinkler system and even then comparable to all neighbors didnt look bad. Kim is a greedy disrespectful old man. Wants money and money only. Anyone who sees this please save yourself. He won't even call you back if you have problems after move out. He's holding our deposit money with no list of reciepts for proof. 3 tires removed from garage $200 clean a bathroom upstairs 200? Can clean a whole house for less than that!

I am not exactly sure why I liked the place this time! Remember, sometimes I forget things. One time I feel in love. I told this girl that ever since I met her I started to notice things, that I've never noticed before! Stop light's, bird's singing, and dew on a nice morning leaf, dogs barking! ETC.
