Oh where to even start with this company. They spoke a very good game at the initial meeting and have done literally nothing they said they would. They lost important documents and emails, failed to save any of our vendor info we provided to them. Paid our HOA insurance late, blamed the BOD in passive aggressive emails that it was our fault for not providing the info. This management company has been so incompetent they have actually caused the HOA to be in worse condition through their actions. Would give zero stars if possible.

This company is SO wonderful that they do ZERO work. Nothing is managed, nothing is done, except for erroneous billings for services already PAID. Un fact, about all they are capable of doing it seems is billing for things already paid or constantly asking for the same information they've already been given. repeatedly. Guess that explained why a business in operation for umpteen years had zero reviews: they never had actual clients before.
