I had the pleasure working with Edwin and Anne team members. From start to finish they was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. I look forward to the opportunity to work with them and the brownstone property Team again.

I lived at a Carroll Gardens property for 24 years that was taken over by Brownstone Property Group about 5 years ago. As with any management company we had our ups and downs but overall they were very professional, responsive and easy to reach. If there was a problem they came back with a quick solution. Martha Teagle was our go to person She went above and beyond for us on more than a few occasions. She is delightful to deal with and always had a positive approach regardless of the issue.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Unresponsive/unprofessional - Contacted agent the same day a rental unit was posted, was ignored for a few days, and then told that it already has pending applications and that I am unable to view.

While I lived in a Brownstone Management property I would have hesitated to recommend them but said the pros probably outweigh the cons. When I moved out of the space I was blind sighted by them trying to take advantage of me and keeping the entirety of my security deposit claiming I had agreed to that. I ended up getting it back, but it took a month of emails and phone calls and legal advice.

Know your rights and don't ever assume you are on the same page with them. Do your research and have your own back, because they certainly do not (even if they tell you they do).

I am currently representing a buyer in a purchase of a property managed by Brownstone Property Group. Ari Marks has been incredible to work with. His responsiveness is unlike any I have seen in my 9 years in real estate. I don't often post reviews but he has been outstanding.

My partner and I recently moved into an apartment that are renting through Brownstone Management. It feels like its always a gamble to move in Brooklyn but Brownstone MGMT was super helpful, professional and extra accommodating. (Special shout out to Malcom who was just the best.) We were able to get the keys early and the apartment was clean with really nice neighbors. Our experience has been excellent.

This is the first online review I've ever written, and I'm doing it because of how great the service has been that Brownstone has provided. They manage the apartment above mine and were doing some remodeling. Completely unrelated to their work, a leak developed from inside the walls of the building--a problem that had been developing for years and was going to happen regardless; it's just terrible luck that it happened when they were working.

Of course, we all thought it was due to the work, so on multiple nights, Alex Romero came out multiple times each night, with a plumber to get to the bottom of things, each time thinking we'd solved it, only to find hours later that new water was coming. But Alex was relentless, professional, kind, and comforting. And even when, after enormous frustration, he figured out that the problem had nothing to do with Brownstone's work, or even came from the apartment they are managing, Alex stayed and continued to help. To say that he has gone above and beyond doesn't scratch the surface. I cannot recommend them enough.

Brownstone management group helped us find a new apartment and they were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to answer all of our questions and to make sure everything was ready to go well in advance of our move. Would definitely recommend!

We recently signed a lease through Brownstone Management. Moving in New York City is always a challenge, but the staff at Brownstone were kind, responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. We've never had an easier time navigating the rental market. Their online resources were easy to use and a great solution for the extra challenges presented by COVID.

Greg Doyley, the manager of the building I live in on Sterling Pl. has been very receptive and responsive to all matters concerning building problems. He is personable, smart, energetic and willing to accommodate. Greg is by far the best manager Brownstone ever had.
