All around unprofessional. Delayed responses are one thing but to be completely uninterested in helping a client find an apt that works is another. Was told I couldn't be helped in my budget even though there are options within that range listed on their website. Either you website needs to be updated or you simple do not want to help. Neither is ok.

MMG really helped me when I needed a furnished place in midtown NYC without delay. Dalia is fantastic. Dalia helped me to find the perfect spot while I was out of state and needed to make a quick move. She even visited the apt before I could visit, and showed me the apt via FaceTime. When I needed to vacate the unit sooner than I anticipated (due to work reasons only), she was quick to find another tenant to replace me so I could vacate the unit in a timely manner. Dalia also helped me to get my landlord's attention to facilitate my security deposit return. Dalia is quick, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend Dalia. She's simply the best!

Dalia was super amazing to work with. I found her online on one day from Nigeria and asked to view some apartments. She called me on Facetime the same day to show me three different apartments and by the next day I had signed my lease and secured my place, without having many things usually required for apartments since I was a foreigner. She's super responsive, super professional and really helped me find great value for my money. She was very thorough and charged a reasonable brokers fee for the short term rental. We had a little issue with our first choice which wasnt Dalia's fault. I am a huge Yelper, at least as far as reading and relying on Yelp, and I have learned that it is hard to determine "experience quality" when you have extreme swings in individual ratings. I tend to find service industries much more varied because you don't get a lot of reviews and few (up to this point) submit many service reviews. In any event, I am sure it depends on who you work with one-on-one.

What I can say is that I worked with Dalia Cohen from MMG when I was looking for a short-term (6-month) furnished rental in Manhattan and was ecstatic with the support up to lease, but even more so the support after signing. I spoke with Dalia for a few minutes about what I was looking for and she found me exactly what I wanted, quickly and within my budget.

My 6-months turned into over a year and I had only the greatest experience with MMG and Dalia Cohen. Instant response and just very nice to deal with. I highly recommend Dalia!

I was looking for a temporary furnished apartment in Manhattan for about 2months, and when airBnB failed me I started looking for other options. Came across this company. When i visited them they were really nice. Sam in particular was very helpful and answered my calls/email on all days of the week. I figured, short term, why not. Paid all the money upfront (2 months rent + security deposit + broker fee) as I didn't have credit history, and moved in to the apartment - Only to find out that the airconditioning didn't work! (and neither did the smoke detectors - we actually couldn't find them in the apartment).

We spent all summer in a hot cramped apartment, and they didn't bother to fix the air conditioning! Once we vacated the place, I was told repeatedly that I would get the check in 30 days and not later than 45 days. After repeated emailing was finally informed that the check was sent out today. it has been about 50 days, and it will probably take another 3 days to get the check. I don't know how other agencies work, but my advice is to keep this as a last option!

Worst ever. Very friendly before you hand over your money, after that, forget about it. Received no specifications of extras as in electra, wifi, phone etc, they just took a random (way way too high) amount out of my deposit. Communication after that was plain rude. You are far far better off with AirBnB.

Meryl was fantastic in assisting with the apartment rental. She was extremely efficient and helpful with everything we needed in finding an apartment. I highly recommend Meryl for anyone who is in need of a short-term rental.

I had a great experience with this company, The staff was professional and friendly. The apartment was just as it looked in the photos. The agent I worked with returned my calls promptly and was honest in all our dealings. She was very friendly, and she was extremely helpful when I had to fill out the paperwork. Her work is outstanding I highly recommend Sarah Italian and Manhattan Management.

BETTER THAN THE PICTURES! Do you need a short time furnished rental? Look no further than MMG. We come from South America and needed an apartment for the summer in NYC but could not go to NYC to visit many apartments, we needed someone we could trust. We worked with Dalia who immediately understood our needs and wasted no time, she showed us only what might work for us and in the end delivered much better than what we had hoped for.

The paperwork was really smooth, Shimon took care of every detail. When we moved in, the place was even better than the pictures, the apartment was sparkling clean, the furniture, the wifi conexion and the cable worked perfectly. They even put an extra cable box and TV in the master bedroom. Moreover Dalia had the kitchen already furnished with milk, coffe and cookies for the kids. It doesn't get any better than Manhattan Management Group.

I saw an ad on Craigslist for an apartment in Astoria that was posted by MMG. I was extremely disappointed with my visit to the apartment. The ad had 4 pictures of which none of them were the apartment that was for rent. it stated it was 1,200sq ft. when it wasn't. It also mentioned there was a dining room and there wasn't The floor was different as well in the kitchen.

The point I'm trying to make here is that if you decide to go through them, really question every piece of information on the ad or else you'll be sorry. It's not right to post pictures on an ad that is not up for sale. It also didn't specify anywhere that the apartment was similar to the pictures either.
