I've been living in one of Crosstown's properties for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier. Jon C was super accomodating and made sure everything was taken care of. I'm not sure who they use to clean, but the apartment looked brand new when I moved in, and he even had the super install some custom shelving for me. I've had nothing but bad luck with landlords up until now. I would definitely recommend Crosstown and live in their properties!

I have been a commercial tenant of a Crosstown property for going on 30 years. Tony Musto specifically was the person I signed a lease with all those years ago, while my still crawling son ( now 30) scooted around the floor of my then office. I am not exaggerating when I call Tony my angel; he has been that kind to me. Over the years, he has been responsive, helpful and reasonable. He has intervened on my behalf on more than one occasion. So what's left to say except looking forward to the next 30!

I have lived in Manhattan for over 20 years. Crosstown is easily the best management group I've ever dealt with. Professional, honest and super responsive. Jon Ciangiulli and his team are top notch. They cared about me and my experience. Any issues that ever arose with the apartment were quickly dealt with. When I moved out, my deposit was returned to me down to the last penny within a week or two.
I really cannot praise them enough. If you are looking to rent or you have a place that needs management, call these guys ASAP. Just fantastic. Jon is a total professional, you can't go wrong.

Amazing management company always follows up with my concerns. If they don't know the answer they give me a timeframe of when I should expect follow up with an answer. Customer care is very high priority and they never make you feel like you are bothering them. Everyone is very nice and pleasurable to work with.

I have lived in my apartment for 22 years and have been mostly satisfied with the property management by crosstown. The owner Tony M. Is fair & very responsive to issues that may arise & addresses them in reasonable amount of time. His main crew -Al & Junior from ACR General Contracting are the best! They have serviced all our apartment needs for over 15yrs and are very professional.
They have also maintained the building when lights are broken or the place needs to be cleaned/painted. Most importantly-they are trustworthy and conscientious in their work.
