Absolutely garbage establishment. They have been knowingly towing people for years who legally park at their property. According to towing company they have security and cameras watching for the second you leave their property (eg, the gas station on the same block) and will call towing company immediately and get kickbacks. Towing company showed me a list of 60 other cars they towed there yesterday when I went to pick up our car after it was legally parked at the gym and we showed them a picture of family member inside the gym who had parked the car alone.

The gym called the company and they still charged $131. Another customer who got robbed by getting car towed. I parked early morning and Marshall's wasn't open yet. Decided to walk around the area. When I came back, car was gone. I get that they want to make sure that people don't use the parking lot to go to the beach or visit the condos and want to save spots for actual customers. However, it wasn't the case this AM.

Parking lot was almost empty. I intended to shop at Marshall's but it was still close. This is just a very sad business model RK and Dolphin Towing company have. In turn, it's the shopping center's stores who will pay the consequences as they will not see me ever again. Dolphin got $131 from me today. Heads up: I'm calling the news! It's really sad that you rob money from people during a pandemic and keep customers away from the actual stores with your disgusting actions. This is not over.

The worse site to dinner or take a food for all restaurants!.I park my car and invite my friend for lunch and towing my car.is no save take a food or take a break.don't go if you need food or take a brake.

Stay away. My car got towed today. Shopped at Marshall's then went to eat. Came back and my car was gone. Was only at the mall for 1.5 hours. Cost me $101. Not sure how they can get away with it. The cops must know what is going on.

RK Center, I honestly do not understand this main office. They are unbelievably rude, they are no here to help at all. They make that plaza business look like they are in a bad neighborhood, but they certainly aren't. RK towed our car from the 17100 parking lot, via the Dolphin Towing company. We went to the RK Center office to show our receipt, giving them proof that we were in the plaza shopping but our car got towed anyways. Unbelievable! Sandra from the office was horribly rude and did not care about the situation, that we must pay for the towing regardless for being a paying customer.

We even asked to see the security cameras since they claimed thy had proof that we left, but they were not willing to cooperate and said the towing company had the footage. When we went to the towing company, they said RK would have the footage! Crazy right?! What kind of high end company has that kind of customer service for a paying customer of their very own plaza, they do not care about customers, they simply steal money like a bunch of mobsters.

In my end I will advise all of my friends, celebrity clients, and more to discontinue coming to any RK Plaza as they ridiculously tow cars of paying customers. I really hope it is true that the city will purchase the entire land area so that RK Center discontinues abusing the lovely paying community of Sunny Isles Beach.

Avoid this sht place. Towing company owned by mall owners and will tow your car as soon as you leave the vehicle with Dolphin Towing company. Just paid 151$ to get my legally parked car back. This is a fking scam place. Shame on this people and shame on the city for allowing this sht.

Only gave 1 star because I had to. Terrible business! My car was towed while at a restaurant in the plaza. Called and they said someone would call me back, no one did. Called again next day, sent proof I was at a restaurant there, no reply, no assistance. This is how they do business, they are unethical. Will never spend money at any of their centers again, this has been going on for years according to their reviews, they could care less. Beware if you plan on leasing space, the way RK Centers does business will negatively affect your business.

Beware! They are running a scam. Your car will be towed even though you're doing onsite shopping. Save $151 and go shopping elsewhere.

Hi, I wanted to submit a tip for illegal/scam activity done by RK Centers landlord in Sunny Isles, FL. Short story-I parked at Marshals plaza on 16800 Collins Ave in Sunny Isles FL. Plaza is quite big and has many tenants. The landloof the plaza towed my car from the plaza after I came to visit local shops. Less than 2 hours later cars was not there. Asked police-they said RK Centers are running a legal scam by towing cars from the public plazas in Sunny Isles.

I paid and picked up my car and all sensors were flashing and check engine was lit up. It's new Mercedes car dragged off the public parking lot with stores parked legally. This is amazing scam in South Florida. Please follow up and unacceptable. I'm willing to go to court against RK Centers for their scam scheme. Thanks

The owner of this mall is crazy, isn't he? My family and I stopped there for lunch and then went shopping at Marshell. after that my car was towed away. And i paid $120 to get my car. May I ask can I call the lawyer to sue the shopping center?

So i go to the starbucks at your location, im inside for 30 minutes and when i come out my cars been towed, according to my reciept my purchase was made at 3:06pm. The tow truck was called at 3pm, the exact moment i left my car! Wtf! What kinda business practice is this? I called to find out why my car was towed and im told theres no one there who can help me or tell me why so now im out $100. I will NEVER visit this shopping center again and i will tell every person i know to avoid this place.

Heard the owner here is an asshole (said by locals) there was this guy outside in some kind of uniform (100% worked for RK) that saw us searching for our car and he said "it might have been towed" he didn't even know the towing company's address who tows cars from their lot! Id never give business to these people. Jerks.

I am always afraid to go to any RK Mall. They own a towing company and aggressively tow their clients, clients. I was at Starbucks and came out to see a huge final warning notice sticker on my window. I spoke to the office and they lied saying I had been there before, which I had not. I have heard similar stories from several other people.

The people here are CROOKS. Do not trust them with your commercial property leasing. This is one of the most untrustworthy businesses I have ever dealt with.
