In an effort to better serve our clients, maintenance requests can be made on line. We request that all maintenance requests made on-line are for non-emergency maintenance only. Warning: Do not use this management company! My property manager, Brad Mackin, has a habit of not fixing anything unless we get the city involved. We had to get the city to force him to fix a light outside our building, and am in the process of involving the city again because our bathtub is corroded and I am currently unable to bathe. He doesn't respond to email and won't take our calls when he actually is in the office.
As someone with a disability (I have Epilepsy), I truly feel he targets me and makes my life extra stressful intentionally. Steer clear from this company at all costs! You can thank me later.
