Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness As a current tenant of one of their properties, nearly all of my questions have been deflected or ignored. I reached out two and a half months ago requesting a medical accommodatation, and I have yet to receive a response.

Critical: Responsiveness Have inquired twice about the latest "assessment" (January 2021) that appeared out of the clear blue with absolutely no explanation whatsoever to the Summit Place stakeholders. Once again, these folks forget that they work for us. I guess it's time for another visit to the Office of Massachusetts Attorney General and Maura Healey.

My dear old mother's retirement fund continues to dwindle as her fees increase. I'm appalled that Thayer and Associates will not allow my poor mother to enjoy sitting by the pool on one of her last summers. My mother and many others in her building are unhappy with Thayer and Associates and if they do not meet our demands then change will come and they will no longer be in business with this company.

Thayer and Associates was responsible for some of the worst planning and building management I've ever seen. They make up ludicrous rules and don't fix things in a timely manner. Extremely disappointing.

WORST EVER, horrible management! Thayer manages condos where we live. We are very disappointed with the firm and staff. The handling of multiple issues confirms consistent disrespect of owners' rights and lack of focus on owner / customer service. Their primary concern was mostly financial and legal - i.e. how to protect their own interests and push costs of any issues or damage to the owners. It usually took forever to get an issue resolved.
