I spoke to the Linda ( I don't think that is the correct name she gave me) at the office why no one is here to clean the snow and, she was very rude and yelling at me and told me that the snow cleaning will be done later today and she said that I should drive over the snow to go for work. They don't care about the residents. They want money on time. I even to the property manager, she slammed the phone on me. They have one star rating, still they don't care. SAME ON THEM.

This company is absolutely garbage! They have done nothing for the condominiums in terms of fixing issues, addressing theft, building falling apart, and up keep. They consistently deny any liability for anything. They do not return emails or phone calls and they do not allow unit owners the ability to contact the home owners association. They say you can only use their plumber and electricians. They are absolutely useless and continue to get away with neglect of the building and property. DO NOT PURCHASE OR RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

A horrible management company that took advantage of a poorly run condo association. Routinely stated they would address issues and then did not. Half the time would not return calls. Avoid at all costs. Disgustingly negligent. Especially Al. If he tells you anything, expect him to not follow through. Seems to be his calling in life.

If you are looking for property manager your reasons are probably because you are looking to simplify your life and increase the efficiency of how things get repaired. Dowling had a good reputation and did good work. until recently being sold. Now the reputation is the only good part. They work just as hard, but now they mostly work to avoid work, when you can actually get the person you are looking for on the phone (usually the receptionist tells you they are busy, and/or never return phone calls) they are great in saying all the right things.
Only problem is (in)actions speak louder than words. On many occasions we were told calls have been made, plans are in the works, action is about to happen, only to learn weeks later nothing was being done about the problem, and we had to make all the calls and arrangements ourselves. With so many good property managers in the area, why saddle yourselves with Dowling?
