I must say that I've never experienced a blatant "I don't give a Sh&t attitude" from a management company. Our Association hired Charles Freitag and he and his company have not done a thing to help the owners of Elmhurst Manor Condo. Every time there is a major problem or people are not following the rules Mr Freitag's only answer is fill out a complaint form and if you feel threatened by the daily domestic disturbances to call the police. Charles Freitag does not even fake that he cares in the least but collects our association dues every month.

He is a sad representation of what a management company should be. Stay clear of him and his company unless you enjoy writing checks every month for nothing. I'd give him ZERO stars but unfortunately that was not an option. If you feel like hiring this man and his company. Don't.

1 star is generous. Terrible experience all around with this company. Receptionist was rude, couldn't care less about what or who I was calling for. Took WEEKS to receive communication back from our contact. Have heard terrible things from current tenants, as well. Will be sure to steer clear of this property management company and would suggest the same for others.

Went to see a couple rentals with Nancy. She was patient with all my wife's questions. She made the rental process move quick and smooth.

First I rented an apartment from this company and worked with a great agent named Nancy. She was very helpful and got us into a nice area. We did not know much about the area when we moved here. Four years later we moved into a townhome that REIS manages as well. Small world but glad to be working with them again.

They manage our association and do a great job. They are very proactive and help us save a lot of money. Really glad we found them as our last management company was horrid.

Just reached out to this agency to ask for some information regarding 3 properties listed by an agent named Nancy Freitag. As soon as she answered the phone, she seemed very "cold" and bothered. Was not willing to speak to me after I explained I was calling for my nephew(who's English isn't very good) and my niece, who's on vacation and isn't able to speak to her.

She was extremely rude and didn't want to help.didn't even ask for my nephews phone number or if he was available to speak to her(he was sitting right next to me. Apparently, Nancy is in the wrong line of work if she treats all of her potential clients this way. Very bad for this business as well.

They manager my home owners association in the Chicago suburbs. The manager Charles was able to locate savings in the first few months by negotiating our insurance and trash contracts. He was also in charge of supervising our masonry facade work and roof replacement.

Worst company to deal wiith. Very unprofessional agent. I serve as a board member in HOA. My email address got blocked by REIS Agent to prevent further communication. Not The best way of doing business.

Hello, my mame is Michael this is my amazing story with this company. While me and my family were moving in to a house in Illinois, we came across this company! This is by far the best of the best. They treat me amazing and with care. I have them a call and they offered listings. I found this beautiful house thanks to them. Once I booked them I had a slight problem with the roof.

It was leaking a bit. However, this service came to my rescue! Their crew helped me fix it! They were so kind hearted and their work was efficient. I hope for the best with them! You should choose this service. It is unique!

Terrible service when dealing with a hoa property. Somethings take days to fix which is good or years of back and forth. My case going on 2 years. Edited* If the manager was half as quick to fix our problems rather then responding to online reviews we would probably be happy customers.

My investment portfolio grew to the point where it became necessary for me to get assistance managing some of the properties. I started with one of the big name management companies but found that they nickle and dimed me on everything, didn't keep my properties up and failed to keep them rented. It was a disaster. They taught me to be a better shopper when seeking a management company.

During my search, I came across Real Estate Investment Service. Matt has been reliable, professional and a great business partner. He understands what needs to be done and doesn't nickle and dime you. I trust his judgement and most of all he keeps my units rented. He is accessible and proactive. My only wish i I would have found him sooner. I'm sure others will say the same.
