McLennan Property Management have been managing my commercial property in Park Ridge for 5 years now and are doing an excellent job. They are professional, responsive, and provide a great level of support with repairs, tenant issues, etc. I highly recommend them.

Steve, Rosemary, Owen, and the rest of their staff are always responsive to our requests. They are always friendly and respectful to us, including our employees. We have been dealing with McLennan since they assumed management of our building many years ago. Prior to that, we were dealing directly with the owner of the building or his representative.

It was a major improvement when McLennan took over managing this property. Maintenance issues get cleaned up and repaired, calls are returned, problems are solved. We are grateful for their attentiveness, care, and genuine interest in seeing our business succeed. Thank you!

Watch out for this company they will go after your entire life if you got out of business in one of there commercial properties they make one sided leases and do not fix a thing i had to do over 50k in renovations to make the space work able building was falling apart days after i moved in i suffered an injury from the 13ft garage door falling on my head and the front door was in such disrepair clients could not get in thinking we locked them out if you are new to the business world run away do not accept the lease they give you they make sure you have nothing to stand on they took 50k in and new office and central air and are suing me for double what my back rent was RENTER BE-WARNED! Also Let ME ADD THEY WILL NOT MAKE A LEASE TO A BUSINESS LEAVING YOU OPEN TO THERE LEGAL ASSAULT!
