Dalton management UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. At 60 east 42nd Street Staff doesn't answer calls. Cooper Gramercy 401 2nd Ave has faulty elevators. There's only two elevators. One has to be use for tenants who move in and out. Elevator goes out of service many times. In the winter time heat doesn't properly work many tenants do complain. The building owner DONOT return emails which is unprofessional.

Do not rent from any building under dalton management I wish someone had warned me buildings are poorly managed by unprofessio people building harlem always has unqualified site manager's who do not respond to tenants building are not well maintained building super at frederickdouglassblvd building. is incompetent would not replace a cheap oven that is broken building has Waterbury problem and allows some tenants to do whatever like sell drugs in building all they care about is the money they get from the federal government Wish I could move but harlem had become unaffordable

Trying to get a security deposit back after moving. they dont return calls, and they havent returned the deposit after over a month. dont deal with these people if you ever expect to get your security deposit back

They sent me a letter telling me I was up for a apartment on the waitlist I called EVERY day for 1 week and a half and got no response. I'm going to call consumer affairs because it ridiculous how no one answers the phone in the office Smdh

Was offered an apartment at Bethune towers couldnt make it in to sign the paperwork and they moved forward with someone else Ms. Kuetta Jones is /was the property/ site mananger and has yet to get back to me concerning a $250.00 refund because I do not wish to remain on the waiting list. I have been reaching out to her for 5 months and she always brushes me off when i actually can get her on the phone. Ms. Jones is extreamly rude and unprofessional and has no business in the customer service field.

I feel like Im dealing with a a getto mentality straight from the street. Nothing professional about Ms. Jones the women is rude and disrespectful and totally incompetent to have her position. Shes need to be terminated from her position she really makes Dolton Management look disgraceful! Still waiting now 5 months and counting! And when I sent a complaint letter to the office she blocked the email.

Never recommend people rent out any property that this company managed.
