In addition to property management services, Westside Real Estate Services represents both buyers and sellers throughout all of the Bay Area, San Mateo County and Sacramento County. It's our goal to develop relationships with clients who own rental property, so we can provide management and real estate services as they buy and sell (or exchange) properties.
Some leases will vary, but our standard policy is rent must be received by the 3rd of the month. We recommend that you mail your rent check before the 1st to avoid late fees. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

We rented an apartment unit in Park Circle East - Cupertino CA location (Apr 2021 to Apr 2022) which is managed by Westside Property Management Company. They are thorough professionals and did a great job in contact-less lease signing process (during peak pandemic). During our one year of stay, they maintained the property well and promptly attended to maintenance requests and took great care of all tenants.
Thank you to the whole team (Moriah, Caleb, Mary & Jose) who are always responsive to tenant queries and concerns. Unfortunately, I had to move out of State to a different work location. We had a great time living there because of the good environment and friendly families living around that community.

Moriah was my contact representative with westside property management company. I've never spoke over the phone with her nor did we formally meet. The communication was done all through email correspondence but it didnt seem that way. Moriah was extremely fast at responding to my emailed questions with lightning fast speed. It felt like we were having a conversation in person. Moriah is the best professional I've ever dealt while communicating through email.
I've always been sceptical with any company that doesn't provide a contact phone number when doing business with a potential client. Moriah proved that theory wrong. If I could wish for the perfect customer service representative every time I have to communicate a question or an issue, I would gladly request Moriah every single time!
