Pasquale (Pat) Franchi founded a masonry construction company in 1950 to provide skilled labor, project management, and integrity to local building projects. With early success and an increasing demand for his services, in 1963 the masonry venture grew into Franchi Construction Company, Inc., a national and international construction company.
Towne Estates is a beautifully landscaped apartment community just down the street from downtown Melrose. Close to Route 95 and the Stone Zoo. I am extremely disappointed in this company! I work inside one of there buildings and they spend more time making sure people aren't parking in there parking lots and walking to the T then they do making sure that the bathrooms are even clean. They only clean the bathrooms every few days or once a week if that! They are absolutely disgusting and I work here and yet I got a sticker on my car saying they will tow my car if they catch me parking here again.
