I have had a brief experience working with HMO and Robert Marcus Real estate but i must say that the Admin working for both companies is the most knowledgeable one in the office hands down. She is also so very charming and informative. She is someone i literally remembered and decided that i must compliment her or steal her for my company. I have come in once and she greeted me warmly while everyone else in the office didn't even acknowledge me.

I personally am going to offer her a job at my company. Its clear she is underpaid here. I also would like to note that on the far side of the office there were a few people laughing incredibly loudly which i find so disrespectful when clients are in. If anyone from this company knows the admins name please respond to me. She no longer seems to answer the phones there which is a grave mistake. Went from two rings to multiple i could no longer count. I have given three stars which are only for the admin! everyone else laughed and fooled around in that place.

Todd from HMO was at my home to assist with removing and replacing a painting on a wall in my living room. The painting that was already hanging was large, taking up the entire wall. When it was removed Todd brought to my attention some previous wall damage the painting was covering which would now show if he hung the new painting as it is much smaller. Thankfully Todd was able to patch then paint the wall and hang the new painting up the next day. I am so happy with the work Todd did for me and his attention to detail.

I called HMO to get more information on what home maintenance services they provide. An employee named Mark returned my call and went over every residential property management service they offer, as well as price packages that would fit my budget. Mark was very patient and went through all the questions I had. He made HMO's services clear and easy to understand.

I am amazed by the professionalism and work ethic of everyone at Home Maintenance Organization! Any time I have a question or an emergency request, Brenna, Mark, and Ryan are there to help me. Their ability to make things happen when I need it and explain new services they provide in great detail shows that they truly care for their clients.

Every time I have HMO techs at my house, I am never disappointed. The pride they take in their work, their can-do attitude, and the quality of the finished product always leaves a smile on this client's face!

The venue I had planned to hold my daughter's graduation party at cancelled at the last minute so I had to move the party to my house. I e-mailed Mark Dorfman and requested a last minute cleaner. Mark was able to get this set up for me last minute. As if that was not impressive enough, I found out that he did so while on vacation. The HMO staff are incredibly dedicated and accommodating.

My wife and I requested a tech to assist with some small repairs needed around the house. We had a very tight window to complete this work as we were hosting a fundraising event at the end of the week. Stephen from HMO went above and beyond to get the requested work completed on time. Stephen took care of loose trim on a few kitchen cabinets, mounted a newly purchased TV on the wall, installed wall mounted bookshelves and repaired a glass sliding door. Stephen was courteous, efficient, and professional. He was able to complete the work needed on time and cleaned as he worked!

The quality of work and positive attitude the on-site techs provide cannot be matched.

We had Christian and his crew do a tricky roofing/structural fix on our house this fall. They were on budget, on time and willing to work with us to keep the costs down. Super clean as well.
