I am owner operator of ABC STRIPE LLC and I have done business with the Petersons for over 8 years. I have had a great business relationship. I Thank them for supporting small businesses. Had not being for The Petersons in 2020 during Covid 19 ABC STRIPE LLC may not had been here in 2021. Thank you Peterson Properties LLC

Critical: Professionalism This company thinks it's appropriate to blast their political positions on all of their properties without any regard for the business owners or their customers. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness These property owners are blasting political messages all over their properties. If you are a tenant or potential tenant looking for a space, take a look at the signage of the property you are looking at first. Their political views could impact your business.

The owners and senior managment care about No One and are the most unprofessional and hateful individuals I've ever met. The well being of their tenants and staff is the absolute lowest priority or concern; As someone who frequented their office, I've witnessed senior management being blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional towards employees with no regard to such actions taking place in front of others. Additionally, several of the 5 star reviews have been provided by current employees Craig, Vanessa, Lenny, Jazmin, Alison which provides a skewed Google review, showing just how unethical this company really is. If you take away these reviews, the company would have a significant decrease in customer satisfaction which would portray more accurate reviews.

Critical: Professionalism The fine folks at Peterson's feel its okay to blackmail small business owners into getting free work and or services. If your a small business owner stay away from Peterson Properties.

Peterson and Wilshire Apartments in Liberty, Missouri have teamed up to evict an elderly couple after they have resided in their unit for 36 years. Their crime? They care for 2 disabled great grandchildren and have allowed their disabled sons a place to stay during the CoVid-19 pandemic. Never late on rent, never creating problems by asking for repairs or updates. Remember the names Peterson Company and Wilshire Apartments. They are precisely what is wrong in this world. I give them 0 stars.not the over rated 1 star that is listed.

Recency Walk lacks honesty and customer service. The leasing agent, Dawn, is rude and abrupt. When we tried to complain to the parent company of Peterson Companies, we received the same treatment of rudeness and abruptness. We are accused of cosigning or subletting which is not the case but no one will listen to us or return our unsigned application that has personal information on it.

Tookem to small claims court today and won! They lack integrity and would never rent of Peterson Companies again!

Peterson Properties is an Honest and Professional Company managing over 1.2 million square feet of retail shopping space. Business negotiations are always Fair and their properties clean and attractive. The Peterson Properties Property Management Team is the Best in the Business.

Attentive staff with bilingual personnel available. This company works hard to ensure that the properties look nice and are safe. The mix of local and national tenants in their shopping centers is an important part of growing and supporting the NM economy.

I've moved every year since moving to Albuquerque and Peterson's Properties was one of the most professional companies I have ever encountered. They made the process easy and seamless. Everything was taken care of within 24 hours of reaching out, the apartment I lived in was one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived. The whole staff is incredibly professional and accommodating! Run like a true business (which doesn't always happen in Albuquerque)

I have never been so rudely disrespected in my entire life. It's a darn shame that they allow Emma to speak so disparagingly to their clients. By golly. These people are insufferable. Avoid them like the plague.
