We'll connect & guide them through our sales process to help them get the best rent amount for their property. We will pay you $150 per Owner referred and we also offer $50 per Tenant referred with a one year lease. When you send us a referral you increase your chances of getting a future sale out of them.

If you can avoid renting from Tyson please do. If you have a job they will not work with you, or need repairs that are an emergency they will ignore you indicating "we don't go in to make repairs if you're not home and we don't work on the weekends" yet they want to come in every 90 days to "inspect" the apartment. This company is completely overbearing and does nothing to help the tenant.
I'm a professional and a lawyer 22 years and have never worked with such an unreasonable rental company. They charge extra for a filter yet refuse to pay someone to change the filter. It's a complete screw over for the tenant. Stay away from Tyson.

As a landlord, I have used Tyson Property Mgmt for well over 18 years. I live in California, so I really need a company in RR/ABQ I cant trust as my eyes and ears and has my financial interests in mind, while being fair to the tenants. Of my various investments, I have at any given time about 6-8 property management companies to deal with. Trust me when I say that I have almost lost properties due to managers that didn't care, didn't have a watchful eye, and simply didn't do their jobs.
That said, Tyson is the one company that I compare every other management company to. They inspect, document and report every single year on the condition of my property, statements and funds arrive on time each month, they are very responsive to my inquiries, and my home always rents quickly. If you could see my reviews on Yelp, you'de see that I never hold back on criticism! But I couldn't be happier with Tyson and they have definitely stood the test of time! 5 stars!

Tyson managed my rental property for 10+ years (I live out of state) and it was the best experience. They always found qualified tenants quickly and ensured the house was always taken care of and the issues resolved - they do an amazing job balancing the needs of the tenants and homeowner. I could count on them to handle everything - I just wrote the checks!
Most importantly they protected the value of my property - I recently sold it and my realtor said he would never have guessed it was a rental property - the sales price reflected that, too. It looked amazing! If you need a property manager go with Tyson!

We have been working with Tyson Property management since 2013. We purchased our long distance retirement home with Tyson tenants in place. They were great tenants and when they moved on, Tyson got us another terrific tenant who is now moving on. We were so pleased with their long distance mngt of our rental that we stayed with Tyson and purchased a different retirement home in Abq but have continued using Tyson to manage the rental (and our peace of mind).
We've now decided to sell our rental, and Jamie Sandoval and her Tyson team have graciously worked with us and our terrific tenant to renegotiate a mutually beneficial lease exit agreement. How great that all parties are very happy. Our association with Tyson has been nothing but excellent!

In all that time they were always quick to respond to any issue and always ensured that repairs and maintenance items were addressed. The staff has always been very attentive and professional. Please do not rent house from tyson. We live in the house for a year. When we move in, the yard was dirty and there were lots of spots on the wall indoor. The window, screen, light fixture and fan were very dirty. But when we move out, they charged me more than 600 even we have so many photos to show them. Now I will contact Better Business Bureau to help me to get my money back. I have so many evidence, i think i can get my money back.

Critical: Quality, Value Bad experience with Tyson property management, they kept my deposit and trash fee credit over $1,000 in total. They are still asking for another $71 they say I owe, when I moved in to the home the carpet was not cleaned, the house was dusty and it definitely didn't have fresh paint. I am being robbed. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM TYSON PROPERTIES! My mother in law rented from Tyson. During the move in she noted how dirty and dingy the house was and took plenty of pictures. Many items like the blinds, disposal were broken and the doors were damaged. We actually hired a cleaning lady to come in and make the place decent. Upon move out Tyson kept 800 of her deposit noting cleaning and damages the very same damages that were noted and pictured on the the move in check list. Tyson even charged her for stucco damage on the outside near the roof which was obviously weather damage.
She paid a cleaning company almost 400.00 to do a move out clean and Tyson still charged her. We spoke with a friend who said her family had the exact same thing happen to them and that they found Tyson was known for doing this to their clients. DO NOT RENT from this place!

Tyson Property Management is a fantastic company! We searched as long as we could to find the right rental when our house sold quickly last year. We were blessed to find a home on the Tyson Property Website that is just perfect for our family. Brenda helped introduce us to the process with excellent customer service and exceptional availability to help with any questions.
Now that we've been at the property for several months- we needed to put in an urgent maintenance request because the belt in the garage came loose. I used the simple, easy to use, Tenant Portal, to put in a request. Ashleigh, in Tyson's repair department, responded within minutes by immediately putting in a work order with a preferred vendor.
