Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value ****Beware, company will require you to pay an additional deposit through a non-secure process. They will also require you to send a lot of personal information via email. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Customer services is subpar, I WILL NEVER do business with this company again.

Bathroom had mold in shower, kitchen had ants on counter, house smelled like Mildew and all around pool was mold looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Home away and myself tried to reach them with little success. Once they got back ahold of me to say everything was fixed. I went back to house still smelled like mildew, walls were dirty and beds smelled dirty.
We left the following day we check in to stay some were else. We paid for 12 days there offering us 3 days refund. This isn't about the money they have horrible customer service and don't have clean places to stay. Read there reviews not Good.

The home we rented was clean and nicely located. Just far enough outside away from the theme parks to be peaceful and quiet, but a short 30 minute drive to the parks. There were ample linens, bedding and dishes. My complaints are with management. When we arrived, the pool pump was not functional. There had been a ring of yellow algae around the edge and a visible film across the surface.
They did replace the pump within 3 days of the original maintenance visit, however that was too late for us to wait for the pool to clear and enjoy before our checkout. Disappointing, but not the end of the world as we had plans that kept us away most days. My biggest problem was that the refrigerator door shelves hadn't been assembled correctly. We stocked the fridge our first night in, left for the parks the next morning and came back to the fridge door open and our foods warm.
We had to brace the door with a chair. I called management repeatedly throughout the stay and for the following week after returning home without any response. I finally got a response from them stating that they would not compensate for our food bill because maintenance said we had put food in the door that made it not close. The truth was that the door shelves were of different depths and they had been switched.
The bottom one at that point pushing off of the crisper drawers and opening the door. Something we would never thought to check. Since my response 4 days ago, I have heard nothing back. Very unhappy with the handling of this complaint.

This is the worst place, to book a room, condo or villa. Customer service is really bad. If you have a problem, nothing gets addressed in a timely manner. And if its not between business hours, the emergency number to a guy named Patrick, is of no use. The battery on the electric door lock went out, and we couldn't get into our condo. He kept telling us he couldn't help.
Advantage vacation homes, is who our rental agreement was with, so the property managers at the condo complex couldn't help as the condos are individually owned and our contract was with Advantage vacation homes. 4 hours, we were locked out of our condo. Finally, (not sure they were supposed to), the property managers of the condo complex said they saw Advantage vacation homes, were not gonna help, so they did and got us into our rental.
We also had requested a pack n play for our 18 month granddaughter, when we made our reservation 6 months prior and when we arrived it was not in the condo. We just thought it was an over site, and as we had to go the next day to sign the paperwork anyway we brought it to their attention and ask for the pac n play in person and was assured it would be delivered, and we went about our day.
We returned to the condo and they had not sent it over. We called first thing the next morning, and explained that we had an18 month old and really needed the pack n play for her. We had put a twin mattress on the floor for two nights, but it wasn't safe for her as her room was upstairs, again we were assured it would be delivered and again it was not.
Only after we told them we would buy one and they would reimburse us, was it finally delivered. We had other issues, the air conditioning didn't work and needed to be serviced, the toilet was running continuously. Brought it to their attention, also took 3 days. We did arrive on the 1st of January, and it was a holiday and understood we couldn't get anything done on that day. But it took 4 additional days to have any issues addressed. Never again.

Excellent service, in stark contrast to another family that appears to have checked in on the same day. We also checked in on 1/1/19 and had multiple problems, the most immediate of which was that the entire house smelled horribly of pet urine. We turned right around and went to Walmart to buy air fresheners and Febreeze, came back and sprayed the couches and installed the air fresheners, and then went to dinner (making sure the A/C was on for circulation and to bring it down from the 80 degrees it was set on).
After returning a few hours later, it was still no better. I called that evening and had to leave a voicemail, as it was a holiday, so I said we needed the carpets cleaned and explained what we'd done so far. (I also reported a broken door knob and a couple of other minor things.) The next morning, I got a call saying that maintenance was on their way over to fix the knob and other things, and that the carpets would be cleaned that afternoon.
All was taken care of as promised. Since then, we have had to call maintenance three times for the heat going out (yes, in Orlando it can be 85 or 45 in January). It turns out that on windy days, the pilot light is getting blown out, because there's no seal on the garage door (just determined that this week, after muliple instances). Each time, sometimes on weekends, maintance was there quickly to fix the heat.
Very responsive, polite, and helpful. No attitude or complaints at all. Note: Negative comments above only pertain to the house we're renting, not the management company. We chose the house for the location and price, and it is of mediocre quality. The service has been great though. If I could find anything bad to say about Advantage Vacation Homes, it would only be that they have room for improvement on their paperwork and on their email communication skills.
These are minor annoyances though, and I'm a stickler for that stuff, so many wouldn't even notice the things I did. Bottom line, we've already booked with them for next winter (in a different property though, as this one's not all we'd hoped). Keep up the good work!

My family and I will Never stay with Advantage Vacation Homes. Our air conditioner leaked, carpet, chairs and furniture was filthy. Our hot water wasnt working. IReported it and showed pictures to the Manager he really didn't care. He just waived us off and stated I got your message someone will be out. No I'm sorry can I do anything for this in convenience.
When the guy came the air conditioner was leaking and froze over. The water heater was turned all the way down. He stated someone would come and spot clean noone came. Tuesday night while washing clothes we discovered two snakes in the garage! Took pictures of that also. Terrible Terrible Terrible

I am giving 4 stars is because the house was very nice, and pictures of house were very accurate. Bedrooms are very big with a pool table and screened in pool. The only complaint about the house would have to be about the beds, they are older and paper thin and need to be replaced SOONER than LATER!

We rented a 6 bedroom home for my Birthday, the home was great and spacious, let me say that traveling with children and having multiple TV's a back yard pool and a game room made all the difference. After a busy day at the parks everyone was able to relax and unwind. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disney
