If I could give them zero stars I would. My girlfriend rented a house from them and the carpets were no cleaned well. AC units broke the second month and we were charged the $75. 00 maintenance fee even though the AC company said they knew the units had problems, but they waited for a tenant so they could charge a few obviously. Everything that you call about they charge you a 75.00 fee and if you are like most you don't check everything as you expect it to work when you move in.

But the real problem I have with this company is they waited over 2 months to get us our security deposit back. State law requires by day 30 it has to be postmarked. They don't care, made excuses to why I never got it, etc, etc. I made them walk the property so if they found anything I would no, . I left the property better than I got it, then had to wait to get my security deposit. Do not rent from this company! They are in business to scam you! The reviews are real, should be shut down for ethic violations

I rented from this company since 2018. The first unit I rented for about a year I was told that the owner did not want to lease, they wanted to sell, fine no worries. They found another unit for me to move in, mind you I had to clean the old unit I was in. When I moved into the new unit it was dirty. There was roaches all over the kitchen, the garage still had trash, it was a mess.

So I had to clean two unit, the old one and the new one. Ok, no problem. I've had a lot of problems with the AC unit and was told that it needed to be replaced, but wasn't, they just put a bandage over the problem. Today, I decided to write a review because I have mold inside the AC vent, outside on the walls and mold smell all throughout my unit.

Never could talk to anyone, they mailbox always full. I sent a maintenance request, which i will be charged $75.00 extra for every time I put in request for something to be replaced. I haven't moved out yet because I am trying to purchase a home and hate moving, especially with kids I don't want to keep moving they school. Please do your reviews before renting from this company. It's horrible!

Worst service experience! Apartment was roach infested, filthy! The agent excused her self by saying she had never seen the place I was displaced with kids paying hotels till this day! They kept my money and still refused to process payment till today! She refused to answer calls/texts until I had informed her I was reporting her to the city! She gave me the keys to an apartment that was never cleaned, needed for repair and pictures initially sent reflected nothing to how the place was!

My experience living in mosaic is what made this place the best. The application process was simple and the move-in/move-out was straightforward. Jeanine made the process very easy for me. I had a few maintenance problems while living here and they were very quick to fix them for me. Overall, a great experience.

Still waiting months on my security deposit balance of $600 of $2400 deposit after they used most of it to repaint house and redo carpet that i had previously cleaned. Jeanine is very unprofessional as she took months and several emails to send anyone to make requested maintenance repairs. Warning. Beware of any homes that are managed by 1 brokers

This review rating is solely based on our experience with property manager Simon Ronchetti. We rented a home from this company for 3 years. Admittedly, it started off with a few bumps, but once Simon took over as our property manager, things improved immensely. The company portal is very easy to use to pay rent and submit maintenance/work requests. Simon always contacted us right away regarding work requests and then followed up with us after the work was complete. Simon is professional, friendly and easy to talk with. If you have the opportunity to have Simon as your property manager, you will be pleased.

The company is a total joke, its mission is to scam people and earn as much money as possible, all it does is ripping off investors, , landlords, tenants and just anyone who come by. The president and employees have an amazing talent for fraud, rudeness and unprofessionalism. Everything about the company is ironic, yes even the name which someone has pointed out should be The Worst Broker.

So if you are looking for a good real estate company don't even consider this one, if you want professional, polite, conscientious real estate agents who value customer service then this company should be avoided at all costs!

Terrible company. They lack professionalism and they love to deflect the needs of their customers and tenants. They are a sloppy business overall. The reason why I am giving this review is because of Eric Jia. This gentlemen likes to pick argument with the tenants. I was sent an impose claim for a security deposit. The claim stated to send a dispute within 15 days.

It's been a month and no security deposit was sent until I had to contact this company and when that happened I received slick messages that were not warranted. When I decided to stop by the office to speak to the manager, the other employees were dismissive and another actually threaten to call the police! all because I wanted to speak to the manager over the lack of professionalism displayed by Eric. The entire company has bad employees and it shows from the management! Disgraceful

Apparently, "Number 1 broker" doesn't have a supervisor or manager that can resolve issues. So I'm forced to write this in hopes someone with ACTUAL POWER reads this. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional staff. I have been dealing with Property "Manager" Jeanine for over a year. When I first moved into my apartment I was assured some things were going to be fixed and they never were.

It was like once she leased me the apartment, she disappeared. I chose not to renew my lease, and vacated in May 2017. We completed a walk through at the end, and she assured me she would send me an inspection sheet from the first time I moved in, two months later and I STILL haven't received it from her. Also, it's now July 2017 and I STILL haven't received my deposit back.

I've left numerous voicemail's to "Number 1 Broker" along with emails to Jeanine as well as texts. Radio silence. I finally received a letter saying that I was charged $225 for painting alone, along with other ridiculous charges. I lived by myself, I know very well that apart from minor holes from picture frames I hung up, there wasn't any damage to those walls that should cost anyone $225.

Also I've worked in this industry before and painting was something that needed to be done regardless for maintenance. The tenant only would've been charged if there was damage to the walls, which there was NOT. Not to mention they send me the letter of all the charges, but not the original inspection form. I call today and finally a secretary picked up and told me there was no manager in charge of Jeanine and she was the only one I can speak to about my concerns because she was my property manager.

I was also assured by the secretary that someone would contact me. This was around 2:00pm, it is now about closing time at the office and I STILL haven't received a call. I also called around 4:00pm to check if there was someone to answer my questions (1 hour before closing time) and no answer, WHAT A SURPRISE. If anything was gathered from this review is if you're a prospective buyer, DO NOT lease or purchase property from them.

They seem to only care about profit, not their clients. You'll only end up being frustrated with their lack of professionalism. These property managers clearly do whatever they please, will get back to you when or IF they feel like it. And based on other reviews I see on here, this shouldn't be a surprise.
