All I can say about my experience with State Property Management is ONE OF A KIND. I moved into one of their properties in 2017, and the process was beyond smooth. State Property Management was always there when I needed anything. Maintenance was exceptional, and followed through on any request I made. We've rented from State Property Management for 3 years until we bought a home. Our townhouse was a wonderful place to live and the management company did a fantastic job keeping the place nice. All of our maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner and concerns addressed quickly. They have an easy to use online pay and maintenance portal which was very useful. I highly recommend!

Never had an issue with property management company. If I needed something fixed they were there immediately! If I emailed a random question, a reply was rec'd the same day. The neighborhood is quiet. The exterminator came around to spray every 3 months which I wasn't expecting. Deb is awesome! if she was around working on a different apartment she would stop by to check if I needed anything. Good people!
