Since 1978, Cornerstone has continued to provide outstanding full service management to Manhattan's small and mid-size residential properties. Entering our third generation, our family business is anchored in a strong foundation of commitment, honesty and integrity. We currently manage more than twelve hundred units, and provide each building the prompt, personal hands-on service it needs to operate smoothly and cost efficiently.
Through ClickPay, residents have the convenient option of viewing and paying their bills online for FREE when paying by e-check (ACH) from a bank account or by credit and debit card for a nominal fee. First time users will be required to setup an account by entering the Cornerstone account # shown at the top right corner of their bill (For example: 0712C/MA).

Ive dealt with several management companies in my time in NYC. Cornerstone is a breath of fresh air. They do what they say they are going to do, and always do it with a good attitude and in an expedient manner. Its just nice to deal with a management company that doesn't make everything harder than it needs to be a sticks to their word. Which is the total opposite of what I have experienced with other management companies. A+

Worked with them as a vendor and client for 10+ years. The landlord business is a tough business. You can't please 100% of the population. Things go wrong all the time, 100% of the time, and they deal with it with ethics and common sense. Dealing with them has been a pleasure. They actually pick up the phone (unlike 90% of the NYC property management), pay on time, and treats their tenants and vendors with the level of respect that we all deserve.
