We loved this management company and were so sad when the apartments we live in sold to another company. They worked with us so much when we needed a little more time with rent after a job change. We miss you guys.

Moved to Bend from Corvallis. Most other management companies don't seem to understand that you can't just go take a look at the property when you don't live in Bend. Rachel and Emily were both great to work with. Rachel went above our expectations every time and even planned our visit to look at 3 properties so that we ended near the road back to Corvallis, very thoughtful! Rachel also worked quickly to move the application process along so that we were able to move in on our target date, three days before my girlfriend started her new job in Bend.

It gave us the perfect amount of time to move, unpack, and have a quick break before work started. Perfect! We've had only two small issues with the home itself and the team has been very quick to resolve the issues for us. One involved Rachel going to the post office for us, days before christmas. You can imagine the line! Thank you so much! We're very happy with the house, the city, and Alpine Property Management. I highly recommend them!

We currently rent from this property management! They are amazing they respond to maintenance emails or calls almost within the hour. The communication is exactly what I would like to see. Love renting from them! I highly recommend them To anyone looking to rent!

We've been living in an Alpine property since September 2013, right before the company was purchased by the current owners. Current owners are everything you could ask for in a property management company. They always answer the phone and always respond to maintenance requests within the hour, almost always fixing the problem within a couple days.

They are very easy to work with and very respectful of tenant space and privacy and advocate for tenants when working with landowners to keep both parties happy. Rent increases were always reasonable and known well in advance. They are extremely knowledgeable of tenant landlord laws and operate within the legal scope. I only wish we could stay with them!

Tenant for four years, going on five. Rent raises have always been reasonable. I love the property I'm in!
