Village Properties

This was our first time to rent from Village Properties and to stay at their house on Crane Dr. Our family of 9 had a fabulous reunion due in part to the wonderful house and follow up from VP. We just had one minor glitch and they followed up immediately. The house itself was extremely well equipped. They had a canoe, kayaks, bicycles and all other sorts of fun toys.

The amenities in the kitchen were over the top (plenty of dishes for our entire group, seasonings, paper products, etc). The beds and bathrooms had very nice amenities as well. This house is a must for a large group!

We had an excellent time at Acacia 2. Roomie, well stocked kitchen and convenient location. This property comfortably held my entire family and we appreciate that it was dog friendly. We hope to stay here again.

Business completely lacks integrity and business ethics! We rented one of the vacation rentals and we charged exorbitant amounts for pet damage that was just comical for them to even say our dog caused. One of the rooms they accused us of damage a dog never even entered as my child who has social issues locked himself in the whole time. My dog has kidney failure and barely produces urine and the other dog one of our family members brought weighs less than 5 pounds.

So not much pee going on there either. They sent us an invoice for the carpet cleaning that looks like a typed up word document and I looked them up they are not a legitimate carpet cleaning business. Just save yourself the trouble they will ruin what fun you may have while in Sunriver while scamming you for money after you check out, I suggest renting a house from Sunriver lodge they far exceed this place and we have never had an issue with them.

I have rented 50+ homes over the years and never encountered anything like this! And the response from the owner is full of many different versions of the truth that they have contradicted in many of our conversations, further proof of their lack of unethical business practices. Towels in the sink were used for showers and the spa and the housekeeping saying the odor was foul was after carpet cleaning which brings out all of the odors they failed to clean from previous tenants. Saying you cancelled the following renters when you told us you moved them to another property.

Just so many lies. And provided no photographic evidence that the old, poorly maintained home was perfect before we arrived and caused "the worst damage they have seen in 37 years" which is a blatant lie and as for not being welcome back I would not stay in one of your properties if you paid me and I suggest others do the same! Please read all the negative reviews from this place and their blaming tenants and lack of accountability for their errors in their responses are a clear pattern I wish I would have discovered before planning our family reunion.

We had a great time during our visit and Coyote 15 had everything we needed for our stay. :) My only suggestion to make it even better would be maybe some additional family seating options could be added. The couch was fine, but the two small side chairs were a little wonky and not very comfortable. But overall, we loved our stay. :)

The studio condo at Powder Village suit our basic needs as we only slept there with a light breakfast (5 nights). Good for 2 adults. The bed and futon were comfy. Basic kitchen items stocked and the place was clean (hopefully a few updates are coming). Village Properties was very friendly and responsible so reach out to them with any concerns.

Lot situation makes one feel 'Alone in the Woods' Lovely home- Amazing bike/walking trails right behind home. Thanks for being pet friendly too! Hope to return.

This is the only company we will rent from when we visit Sunriver. Their houses are always top notch, clean and well appointed. That's not the exceptional thing about them. Last summer we were impacted by a last minute emergency of the home owners the day we were due to check in. In the busiest time of the year, Village Properties scrambled to find us a place to stay that likely surpassed our original home.

The kindness they showed our family and impeccable follow-up was beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will remain a loyal customer. Almost forgot to mention we just spent an amazing 7 days at Coyote Lane #15 for Spring Break! Was the perfect house and escape for our family.

Loved having the 3 master suites with each having their own bathroom. The deck sitting was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time outside with some sunshine. House is dated and needs some TLC with new carpeting, painting the inside as well as the deck, but I am sure this is why the pricing appears to be lower than other rentals. Nice having two TV viewing areas however the big screen TV did not have a DVD available to use with it, so we were forced to watch our movies on the smaller screen TV upstairs.

Total bummer especially knowing how inexpensive DVD players are, there should have been one for each TV. The house temperature was tough to control as there was only one master system which created a very cold downstairs when the upstairs was just right. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking dishes but could really use some new dinnerware as it was not very appealing eating off the cracked dinner plates. All and all even with our minor disappointments, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting here again.

Everyone was very helpful. Aquila Lodge #5, was beautiful well maintained. and great amenities too. It was easy to find in Sunriver, it was between circle 3 and 4, great paths to walk to the shark or take a bike ride. This unit also came with 8 shark passes. We had a wonderful 7 night stay.
