I should have written this review after our stay, but I was so caught up with all the fun and memories, I didnt remember. Absolutely PROFESSIONAL, Respectful, and top notch rental company. We rented one of their larger homes, a couple streets over from Sunriver. I contacted the property company and spoke to a gal who was an absolute delight. She was extremely helpful and even offered us a small discount given my mother and I (former) were part of the school system.

We showed up to this beautiful home, DUTCHMAN 11which had supposedly JUST listed with the company. The home was beautiful inside and out, and was extremely spacious for all of us to share. If you are looking for a professional and top notch rental company with competitive rates, Call Bennington Properties. This is not an ad*, I just really loved their service and will be hopefully back later this summer :)

I called because their customer was lost for two hours and needed good directions to the home he had rented. My map was way put dated and didn't cover the area he was looking for. The lady on the phone acted like we were both stupid, so I told her; was their customer and they should have personally showed him where the home was, instead of just giving him a key.

She told us she could find someone to tell him directions.i told her to send someone personally to guide him at this point. She said she would call him. On his phone. I felt this poor old man had been put through too much already. I don't know the outcome of this story but good customer service is not being used if the customer is still sitting in a parking lot.

For an hour trying to get directions to a rental after spending 2 hours looking for it. Although I could see the location in my mind from memory I was unable th describe the route with certainty. The lady on the phone wasn't even from here and was totally unhelpful.

We had a great vacation, were able to walk to observatory from our house. Everything was very clean in the house and super comfortable beds in all rooms. Company made our family vacation very easy with no contact.

We stayed at the Pony Express property and it was fantastic. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Bennington was very communicative and helped us quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Great team. Super friendly and helpful. They've worked hard to cover all that may be needed for an easy stay, entry, and exit. All that could be desired at the home was covered. Definitely worth a vacation stay. There is plenty to do here, good food, , and even some shopping nearby. Thanks for a great stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer than a week.

Bennington is always our go to for lodging in Sunriver. We have never had a complaint of any kind. Clean comfortable homes, excellent service and wonderful for traveling with the pups. During COVID we had to cancel two trips and they were kind and helpful in rescheduling. We are so glad to be back and appreciate the efforts they go to helping visitors stay safe and have a great time!

My Wife and I were looking for a weekend escape after driving 4 hours to the snow we realized that AirBnB made a mistake and double booked the cabin. Needless to say we were very frustrated. But the people at Bennington especially Sam and Kim worked very hard to not only find a place for us to stay that night but also to move our reservation around.

They saved our weekend! If you are looking for a company to manage your rental property trust that if you select Bennington you are hiring a great group of people that work hard to make sure everyone gets what they want.

This was a beautiful and perfect home for our stay in Sunriver! The house layout, supplies and decor made us feel welcome and comfortable. Grizzly 5 is such a beautiful and cozy home with plenty of room for our entire group. We made meals, watched television, rode bikes, sat in the hot tub and played games at the large dining room table. The beds and furniture were very comfortable so we slept great!

The property management company staff that helped us before and during our stay were super helpful, professional and friendly. We had a wonderful experience and we hope to come back some day soon!

We stayed at the Mt Rainier house, and had a wonderful time. It was an exceptionally clean house, everything was in good working order. It was very comfortable for our whole family, and was the perfect location for being able to enjoy bike rides to every where we wanted. Bennington had great communication and were very friendly and professional. We brought our dog, and they had treats waiting for him in the house as well as bowls for his water and food. I would highly recommend Bennington properties for anyone travelling to Sunriver. Will definitely be staying with them again!

Bennington Properties made our family trip at Christmas spectacular! When there was a problem with our original rental, Jessica found us several comparable options to choose from and then later offered us a free upgrade when our choice wasn't available. The house we ended up in was clean, well appointed, and super convenient to everything. Check-in/out was also super easy. Lastly, when the rental's has fireplace suddenly stopped working on Christmas Eve, I made a quick call to the management company and they sent a maintenance technician to fix it within the hour! We had such a wonderful experience and would happily rent from Bennington Properties again.

We stayed at number 1 East Butte. Bennington properties is lovely to work with. However this house should be taken off the market and maintenance and deep cleaning done. The homeowners need to replace the bikes, the appliances, tear out the carpet and replace it with cleanable floor. It's a little grubby and very outdated. It wouldn't be so bad if it was easy to cook on the stove but it wasn't.

The bathrooms are really dated and not the cleanest. I don't recommend the house but Bennington property management is a great group of folks. We got passes when we went into the office and they told us the best places to eat etc.

Bennington Properties have taken care of my family and I for 4 years. We go to Sunriver every Christmas and have now stayed at 4 different rentals with Bennington. We have been extremely pleased with every rental, most recently staying at 23 Diamond Peak with our dog. We love they are dog friendly, even leaving a care package for the pup, as well as treats for the humans too!

We ran out of firewood and starters, they were quick to respond and also followed up with us the next day. Bennington will exceed your expectations with their excellent customer service and wide range of rentals, including options to bring furry ones in your family.
