Worst Property management company ever! Treats their employees unfair! Gone thru 6 in 2 yrs! Then Boss Marlene fires the employees and lies on them to justify terminations! Could be Bipolar? A Puppet for her Boss! HUD and Depart of labor needs to investigate this company asap! Do not pay employees correctly!

Terrible management staff. Lacks checks and balances on tenant accounts. Likes to send out false notices and threatening letters to tenants without verifying or researching prior. Management staff has a discriminating way of dealing with tenants and very rude and disrespectful Kelly appears to be racists and homophobic. Maintenance is fair but does not follow up or able to fix all maintenance issues but state they have fixed it.
Apartment Association has numerous complaints against this management company. Triangle had contract terminated with my current owner due ill management of numerous complaint from tenant against Kelly Ellison. THE WORST!.
