Since 1974, The Englewood Group (TEG) and its affiliated family of companies have been active in the development, construction, and property management of affordable multi-family housing communities in both the Midwest and Southwest regions. To date, TEG has developed over 3,100 rental units throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Arizona.
Englewood Development Company, Inc. has been active in the development of multi-family housing projects since 1974. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Englewood also maintains an office location in Cottonwood, Arizona. To date, Englewood and its affiliated companies (The Englewood Group) have developed over seventy-five (75) rental properties throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Arizona. The Englewood Group's development team provides a broad base of experience in all aspects of multi-family development.
Venture Design Group, LLC, our architectural and design entity, is committed entirely to the conceptual planning, design, architectural & engineering and interiors specifications of affordable housing across our markets. The planning and design of affordable housing is a unique and important part of our success.
Whether building new, renovating or expanding, The Englewood Group construction division has the experience, the people and the resources required for any project. Mountain Trace Development, LLC and Home One Development, LLC, our licensed general contracting entities, have constructed all of the units developed by The Englewood Group and its non-profit partners.
