Katie is so awesome and helpful, anytime i have issues, She responds promptly and quickly! she is the best! this place has some bad reviews but so far I haven't experienced anything bad or lack of communication. I think if tenets treated the mangers how they would want to be treated... no one wants to help an A-hole. It takes nothing to be kind. And somethings like repairs from 3rd part companies have wait times its beyond their control. Thanks Katie for being so awesome!

Andi, Katie and Julia, The ladies in the mgr office at at Home River Group (Brassy Cove Apt Complex) are fabulous to deal with on a monthly basis. During the past 4-5 years we have rented from them our experience has been wonderful. These ladies are professional and great individuals to work with. I would recommend renting from Andi, Katie and Julia at HRG 100% Amy Sevy @ Advanced Services

Robby Acosta and Danielle Cook are such amazing individuals to work with! As most of you know apartments are first come first serve and it's not always guaranteed you'll get a shot at a unit. Robby went above and beyond to help me and family out during a difficult stressful time. Every time I spoke with them they were so kind and willing to answer any and all questions. I have worked with multiple property management companies and by far Home River Group has been the best! We will definitely continue working with them!

Just went through the process of getting approved for an apartment. Monique was FANTASTIC! I was a pain, called her about 20 times in about an hour. Helped me with every question and didn't get annoyed with me. . Showed me inside today and got us approved at Canyon River. The whole process was fast and very easy to get done. Thank you! Can't wait to move in.

These guys have always been very helpful, and helpful. They have done amazing by myself and my family. I greatly appreciate Chris coming through and helping with everything that he has done for us. I highly recommend this property management, and Chris as a property manager.

We have been with HRG about 5 months now. Robby is our new apartment manager, but everytime we email or talk he has always been Informative and friendly. We have had an issue with the downstairs neighbor being able to hear our toddlers and he was very understanding about the situation and worked with us in getting into a downstairs unit in which I think we will be happier! So far everything has been a good experience! Especially with Robby as management! Thanks a bunch!

I've lived here since April and I couldn't be more satisfied. Not only is it such a good neighborhood where I am at, but management is also super helpful. Julia is always on top of things and is fast and responsive all the time. She's always helps me out with any questions I may have! TC in maintenance is also super kind and awesome! Super happy with them all!

Steve Ramsey from HomeRiver Group and his supervisor Vaughn were so good to us. They are always so accommodating to our schedule and more than flexible when it comes to working with us. I can't give enough praise to this team.

BE AWARE! NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS FROM THIS MANAGEMENT! NO HELP AT ALL! I was a former tenant and got charged for an UNFAIR move out fee! I called the place, leaved a voicemail, as well as sent an email to the property manager in Nov 2021 and wanted to discuss about the fees and got ZERO RESPONSE! Three and half months later I received an email from the same property manager FINALLY saying if we don't pay the fee within 5 days it will be sent to collections! So I guess this is their way of handling situations - TO AVIOD UNTIL FEES ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU ANYMORE?!

Second maintenance request and Steve Ramsey did a great job. We had shelves in our fridge and freezer that needed to be fixed. He fixed them, took the old ones and cleaned up any mess that was left from the boxes. Very pleased once again!

Inspection and the charges that this company claimed against us was a joke upon move out. We cleaned everything to a very high standard and definitely left the place better then we got it. It was in immaculate condition and we got way overcharged since I wasn't there at the inspection. Typical

Just recently moved into a Home River Group property in Nampa and had some early issues with a door in the apartment. They were very quick to respond and handle the situation, Steve was also amazing. He was super professional and worked very efficiently! Thank you!

I've been renting HomeRiver Group for about 9 years now. I've never had any issues with anyone I've dealt with here. My current manager is Katie Golden and she is always pleasant and easy to deal with. Highly recommended in my book!

Jared is a wonderful employee and I really enjoyed talking with him. He was quick and thorough with his inspection and attended to my concerns. He's a very kind, considerate and professional gentleman. Love all the people at HomeRiver I've come in contact with. Ashley Cotton-Ramos, Megan, Sharon Caba, etc. All are very professional and quick to help out with any of our maintenance or property management needs. Highly recommend these employees and the company! Top notch!

Update: The property owners gave us a full refund of our deposit, which was great, we worked really hard cleaning and left the place nicer then when we moved in. The property owners are good honest people. The same cannot be said however for Kelly at HomeRiver. She's so incompetent and out of touch with her clients that she went ahead and did a post move out inspection, and then sent us a check for 200 less then the deposit, which we had already received all of. Seems really fishy that the owners of the property accepted the state of the house, but Kelly wanted to charge 200 bucks for "cleaning" services. Caught in a lie. Explain that one away Kelly

My Family & I Have Lived At Harper Ridge Apartments For Over 2 Years Now And I Have To Say I Have Never Met A Property Manager Like Robby. He Has Been Our Property Manager From The Beginning, When Our Apartments Were Being Built. He Has Always Been So Caring And Our Process Of Finding A Nice Place For My Family Has Never Been Easier Because Of Robby.

Whenever We Have A Question Or Concern He Is Very Responsive And Professional At His Job. He Is One Of The Reasons Harper Ridge Is Such A Great Place To Live. As Well As, The Property Assistant Manager Baylee. She Is So Sweet And Helpful! They Really Do Such An Exceptional Job. My Family & I Appreciate Them So Much.

The property managers, Robby and Baylee, have been nothing but quick to responding to any questions I've had. I had found damage to my apartment a few weeks after moving in from previous tenants and Robby still quickly added photos of the damage to my account and assured me that I would not be charged for it upon moving out, even though I was well past my move-in inspection cut off date. 5 stars!
