As the founder and CEO of Crossman & Company, Scott Crossman has led the company's growth from a single leasing office to one of the largest full service retail-focused real estate firms in the southeast. His expertise is focused on running the operational aspects of the company including property management, accounting, and human resources.
The Crossman & Company team consists of six offices located in Orlando, Atlanta, Boca Raton, Charlotte, Miami and Tampa. The firm has over 30 million square feet of retail space under leasing or management throughout 8 southeastern states. Critical: Professionalism As a veteran owned and operated franchise, Sandra Woodworth told us we were not what the Bardmoor promenade in Largo Florida was looking for. They wanted 'national chains'. She cut us off and hung up. Three years later there are so many store fronts still sitting empty. Thank you for treating veterans the way you did!
