At each renewal period, we will perform an annual assessment to ensure property conditions are being maintained. Should there be any areas of concern resulting from the inspection, ways of improvement will be discussed with the tenants.

Octavio was great to work with he was very kind and attentive to us. He had our house sold fairly quickly and was there to answer any questions we had throughout the process. He made our process as smooth and fast as he could so we could move on to our new adventures. He held open houses and brought as many people through as he could. I felt he really spent the time and attention needed in order to make this a great transaction for us.
