Update: ive stayed in 3 apts managed by this company and they all were roach infected. The last one was the worst, Montecito with bonnie. I went all the way up to the mgr in home office bc i had bugs in my bed and transulucent spiders that would bite me and my family. They agreed to let me out of my lease. But i had to fit the bill to move out after only 5months into my lease.
To make a long story short they charged me alot of fees, took me to court, headaches for my school age kids, and wouldn't give me another apt and said they didnt want me to rent from df even though each apt i moved in was always issues they brought to me as a resident. Be wise!
