We currently manage over 1000 units and provide a variety of services, including rent collection, paying bills, tenant screening and lease signing. We hire only reliable local contractors for repair services to your building structure. We use a very sophisticated computerized Accounting Package to do the bookkeeping.

Screen tenants through multiple sources so you get a tenant who can pay the rent on time and will be with you a long time. We have a powerful computer program that will give you the reports you require to track your investments. Whether you have one, fifty or one hundred investment properties, K and R Properties will deliver the same efficient, courteous service.
The first question you must ask yourself is how much your time is worth. You most likely spend several hours a month dealing with your renters, or their requests. You are on call 24 hours a day. With a Property Management Company, you can enjoy your time and let them handle the problems. We do not accept any credit reports except those obtained by K and R Properties. We make every effort to make our listing as accurate as possible but occasionally mistakes can occur. K and R sold its property where my family and I live and without 90 day notice while I was away, I sent money orders to there office to pay for my rent unaware of this transfer. I later find out we have new owners (Krone and Bushard who review there own Yelps under there own names btw.) I tried reaching both properties, K and R have not fixed or returned my calls. I would like compensation for inconveniencing my family an I.

No problem. there was quite few misunderstandings but Alex took care of it. Ali is a nice guy as well.staff are friendly and professional.

I rented a property managed by K & R properties and never had a single issue with them. The process to get in the house was easy and if I ever needed maintenance It was taken care of promptly. Alex and his crew did a great job, compared to other rental property companies they are head and shoulders better.

Great team of people, Ali is a gem. They make moving as painless and easy as possible. All work orders I requested were dealt with immediately. They had a plumber at my house today within an hour after I put in my request. Would rent from K&R again.

I listed a property for sale that was managed by K & R properties and they were very helpful. They helped me with everything I asked without hesitation, even when it required them to go far back in their records. Even my client had nothing but good things to say about them. I recently called to inquire about available apartments and was astounded at the manner in which the lady at the leasing office answered the call. She was more concerned about burning the cookies that she was apparently making instead of answering any questions I had regarding the apartments. The buildings looked nice from the outside (I didn't even make it into the leasing office) but after that unsettling phone call, I don't know how interested I am living there anymore.

I'm having a recurring issue with parking spaces with a tenant who parks next to me. She refuses to be considerate in parking correctly, and is rude towards the property manager. Contacted K&R properties and we'll see what happens. What's the point in having an apartment with a parking space when you can't park in your spot?

I'm just writing this to let you know what was deducted from the security deposit. The score would probably be a 3 otherwise. It's a decent place for a decent price. Our deposit was $1,025 and when it was returned after we moved out, they deducted $210. $110 was for professional cleaning, which we were informed would be deducted at the time we gave notice.

I thought it might be an automatic deduction (not allowed), but then later we were given the option of cleaning the apartment ourselves. The paper listing the cleaning requirements was absolutely ridiculous. I've never been required to do anything that extensive, or even heard of it. Nevertheless, we did a decent job cleaning out of pride (we did not complete their cleaning requirements), and in the hope that they might not deduct the full $110.

No such luck. We were also informed that $50 would be deducted for carpet cleaning. I'm not sure why it was necessary, since we pretty much never ate in there and the carpet was in the same condition as when we moved in. Anyway, they only deducted $40. Lucky day. Finally, $60 was deducted for painting, part of which I understand. By the way, we received all the required paperwork, including copies of the invoices from the companies that did the work. Anyway, so that's it. Not the end of the world. I have no idea if that is normal for San Diego or not. Just something to be aware of.

Fiesta Apartments is quiet and safe and the landladies are very responsive and kind. It is quiet, clean and safe. if you are looking for a "party" atmosphere, this would not be the place for you. If you want a nice place to live where neighbors are considerate of each other.this is a great find!

This is a really great apartment complex. My friend and I were looking for a last minute place in San Diego over the Winter break. We found this place, saw the 1 bed room apt. and found it would work well for us, so we signed a 6 month lease. During our 6 months there we really enjoyed the landlords. They were friendly and were not trying to rip us off.

The gated community provided a safe and quite environment. If I am looking for another apartment in Claremont, I will defiantly stop by fiesta apartments to see if they have any vacancys.
