Management seems to lose track of our documents on a monthly basis. They are constantly asking for insurance documentation despite providing it to them monthly, when it should be done annually. If they just look through their monthly emails and took 5 seconds, they will have realized they have all documentation from us. Probably the most disorganized property management company I've dealt with considering I work with 5 different property managers (which they are always organized).
