Beth Palmer is horrible! She's extremely unprofessional, going as far as divulging personal financial information of other residents in the community. Furthermore, while my husband never expects any sort of special treatment or praise, she actually insulted his military service. She does not respect military service members at all! Lastly, we've had multiple residents complain about her "losing" checks, modifying checks, and even boldly admitting to "forgetting" the checks beyond the due date while still charging them late fees. This business is a scam! Stay far away from them! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Beth the owner of property first. She served our community well and help us achieve HOA of the month from the city of Apopka. If I ever have the pleasure of serving on a board of directors again, I would hire Beth and her company with my eyes closed. Very easy to talk to, respectful and responsible. C.Moris

Beth Palmer is absolutely the most unprofessional person I have delt with in regards to getting tasks and payments handled. Beth is always rude and constantly avoiding the issue that is being presented to her. She will not hesitate to pass your problem on to someone else who will not handle the issue either. We need a new property manage ASAP or these problems will keep occuring. Stay as far away as possible from this management company if you can avoid it

We recommend Property First Inc. We have been using this service for a few years now and find them professional and always gets things done on time. Call back time is quick and meeting are professionally done. All problems are taken care of in timely manner.
