Sue Logan lets board members treat other board members horribly, using HOA meetings to complain about another member not saying hi to them in passing instead of discussing community issues. Our key cards stopped working for over a year because of "lightning". When we finally got new ones, they still didn't work. I have to call or email every other week to get into the clubhouse for meetings that have been held there for a few years now.

Board members will lie about parties in the clubhouse or lie about other people in the community. Val (on the board) told Sue and all the board members that I was very rude to her one day when she interrupted a meeting I was having so she could take out the trash. I have video and witnesses proving otherwise. Sue "forget" to communicate when things are happening in our community, such as people coming around and taking pictures of our houses. When we call to find out if it's one of their people, they tell us no. And then find out later that it was one of their people. Useless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rebecca who represents Pinehurst Properties Inc. has to be among the rudest person I have ever dealt with professionally (her job is to resolve Home Owner Association issues) She goes on and on about other peoples complaints which has nothing to do with me- then proceeded to talk over me not allowing the courtesy of an explanation needed to follow through with blatant violation listed on the CC&R's. Further, this organization does NOT communicate effectively with each other- I had to explain the situation three (3) times, seems like they would share what they know instead of having the (complying) Home owner have to go over it again and again and again.

Joining others with my poor review of Donna Wood as a property manager for our condominium. She is incompetent and rude, doesn't do her homework for board meetings, doesn't send financials for months, and can't even communicate basic information to the owners via email. Bottom line: a big fiasco. She sucks up to the board and sides with them on decisions that benefit a few (the board members themselves, of course) and could care less for the others owners who are all paying very high HOA fees. A BIG loser, in my opinion. And yes, they must be paying people to write the good reviews :)

I have always been treated with a positive experience and professional manner. They were extremely compassionate when my mother passed away. and even though I can be a basket case at time they never made like I was. Lolol they are s real great bunch of ladies that take care of business.

My wife and her mother have been renting a Pinehurst property for eight years without complaint. My wife and I recently remarried and needed a larger home. Pinehurst could have held us to the rental agreement my wife had just renewed two months prior but they found a new renter to allow us out, so quickly we had to negotiate our move out date since we hadn't found a new place to move to. Carol and Susan have been responsive and helpful every time we needed them. Earlier this week (late April 2020) on one of the first near 100 degree days of the year our A/C quit. Pinehurst had a technician out to fix it within an hour of our call. If Pinehurst had a larger home for rent that met our new needs we would gladly still be renting from them.

Awful property managers. Employees are rude and condescending. Donna, in particular, is awful to deal with and acts like she is doing residents of our HOA a favor by doing her job. They have a reputation in our community for being terrible to residents. They fail to follow the CC&Rs and have caused significant anger among our community.

My interactions with Pinehurst Properties have always been courteous and professional. Susan & Carol have taken care of any issue promptly and responsibly. I can only hope the property managers of my new location are as reliable.

I serve as Pres of my small HOA, who recently made the switch from Associa to Pinehurst. Our board wanted someone Tucson-based, and this company was referred to us by someone in the Property Management business. We interviewed a few local businesses, and decided to award Pinehurst the contract. Their representative, Donna Wood, has been superb in every way: highly responsive, pro-active, very professional, and a delight to work with.
